Very nice; but I'm never able to get an opponent to stand still that long while I beat hell out of him. Strange how they seem to move so that I can't lay multiple strikes on them like that. After one or two shots they usually go to sleep on me. This must have something to do with the old saying"Don't just do something, stand there"
What part of the US are looking for a seminar in? you may want to try buying Arnis videos from Budo or Paladin Press. I have also rented several Arnis videos from Goldstarvideo on line.
Excellent demo of, nullifying the incoming strike , defanging the snake( hitting the hand holding the weapon), then a nice flow of the many available targets( hitting the hard spots(Knee, elbow, head)) and poking the soft (pits, stomach, temple, neck). Also it is easy to imagine it all open hand or a blade replacing the stick!
What do you call a contest from arnis that only shows shifting sticks, striking, and throwing sticks from the mid air then catching it back. bcoz i've seen it once in iloilo competition. The kid was 14 yrs old and he's very fast in shifting his sticks and he mastered catching them.
Actually arnis can also use with both hands. i've seen it once and its too fast. i can't even see his hands striking in his opponent. your hands are even faster without a stick.
Appears the demonstrated has influences from Kalis Ilustrisimo as well? Because, the moves and flavours appear similar to Kalis Ilustrisimo, which is quite distinct.
Actually it's called Lightning Scientific Arnis (LSAI) by GM Ben Lema. I believe Kali Illustrisimo's style (KI) is more of flowing slices while LSAI is more of a series of strikes. Thank you for your comment and appreciation.

I'm really proud of our national martial art "Arnis". The speed is awesome and the killing moves are fatal.
almost all students here in Philippines knows it.

What's the purpose of the other guy just standing there looking the fool? I'd say he's not learning much.

actually, it's a reflex drill. its a display of techniques one can do against a given strike. by the way, that isn't in normal speed yet.

It's a feed drill you idiot. Learn FMA so you can ask intelligent questions.
