@muhreuh1= There's another story. When German immigrants moved to the Hill Country of Texas, they brought polka with them. The Mexicans that lived in the area, saw them performing with the accordion. so, they adopted it. They mixed German polka with Northern Mexican music, and thus, Tejano music was born.
