yeah...I think it's zhonghu because
erhu usually has hexagonal shape and zhonghu has octagonal shape and lower sound.... expresses sad tone.
And at the end of the clip Lijun was running.... I think she's changing to erhu :)

i didn't know that is zhong hu, it looks pretty much the same like erhu, they even sound alike when i listen this music from the disc!
