Luffy versus Yujiro seeing as how Luffy would just stretch in response to Yujiro, and then it all boils down to Luffy's prowess and determination. Son Goku.... Hmm.... Completely different ideas of strength. That's the fun.

I have this gut feeling pre-Namek saga Goku would not fare well, but after mastering 100 times gravity, then super saiyan, then teleportation, then more training, then training for a millenia in the afterlife, Yujiro's chances get slimmer. That is not to say Yujiro is weak, not in the slightest. It's just DBZ has been able to destroy planets since at least Dragon Ball, rip dimensional holes, the list goes on.
