Nice salvaging! I certainly remember this. I had the whole thing on VHS as well, but it's long gone now. So glad someone had the sense to hang onto it for the sake of everybody who'd either like to see it again or who's never seen it.

Good christ I wish I was in the park that day -- I was only blocks away stuck in a law firm as a secretary. I have loved him since I was 15. Just saw him last night upstate NY and he was wonderful. I tell my husband there are two men for which I'd leave him - Ian Anderson and Tino Martinez.

Hhhmmm... Ian Anderson, 24 hours a day on MTV?

I heard they came up with the idea of doing unplugged shows after hearing Tull performing acoustic versions of their songs. When Ian asked if he could do an unplugged, they turned him down flat because his band was "too old" and didn't appeal to youngsters.
