Actualy I wouldn't now. After two months its dead. and the people that were playing it (At least on my Friends list have stoped. And didn't even down load the DLC for it. Wait for it to drop in price.

I love this game. Though I have the PC version, I'm not sure if some of the issues are the same or not.

I haven't really experienced the AI issues where they don't respond. Unless you're shooting from waaaaaay far away.

And I like the graphics. They're not meant to be the standard photorealism.

They were meant to look somewhat cartoonish, as they were actually hand drawn. Their goal wasn't a Crysis-rivaling realism.

During the Ofiicial Xbox Magaizine podcast, Randy Pitchford (lead director of gearbox) says that while fallout 3 comes more from rpg side then shooter side, Borderlands comes more from the shooter side, but yes it is advertised as a 50/50 split.

i love the intresting different take on visuals and graphics. just shows you that just because your on a high performance machine, that doesn't mean that the "good graphics" it can do have to look like real life, it can also look animated. I can't wait to get my hands on a copy myself.

There wont be halo 4 the story of the games finished with master chief, they will continue to tell the story but from the past, and the new game is called Halo Reach, wich is a prequel to halo 1 and is beign made by bungie, the beta is coming out soon.

Mmmm thats debatable, i think there will be more games which involve the master chief in the, its possible that it will not be named halo4 as it probably won't involve the halo rings. There was a reason they decided to show the planet at the end of Halo 3. But yeh if there is a squeal to halo3 its not coming out anytime soon.

I don't beleive in photo-realism. If they wanted it, I'm sure they could have used a more realistic environment and character models. I like the way they did it, It seems to shout 'Hey, everybody! I don't want to be mainstream!'. Personally, I'm getting sick of all this realistic crap. I don't care how good the graphics are. I think Borderlands got it perfectly. Not too realistic, while not too cartoony. Found my perfect medium. I'd like more games to be like this.

I agree with most of what you said, but I believe a game can be at it's best without photo realism. I also believe games should not try to look too realistic. The only thing I want to be realistic about a game is that I shoot someone, someone has to die. Not to say a game doesn't look good if it looks realistic, but It depends on the game's story and environment for it to look good photo realistic or not.

what makes halo so "bullshit" have you ever played halo?? if you have never noticed, the halo franchise broke new fronts. Halo started the 2 weapons only shooter games. The company (bungie) that made halo, also made marathon which allowed players to aim on the y axis. I believe Halo is a classic example for shooters, because a good hell a lot of people play halo and obviously use it as a good medium to make machinimas, like capt. jackhammer. So what makes halo so "bull shit"?

halo is becoming over used in machinima becuase a lot of all the machinimas are halo 3 but there is no issue with it but there could be more branchin out into diffrent games..
