@aim4better Hey there!! I eat anywhere from 1200 - 1500 calories a day...mostly from high protein, high fiber vegetarian based foods. I tend to eat 6 meals a day that range from 200 - 500 calories each. I try to eat the highest caloric meal at lunch...I'm not always successful, but I try.

I am all for natural hair (your's is beautiful) and doing detoxes. I haven't done in a while so I need all encouragement I can get. I need to get off 30 pounds for real....I will be closely following for tips and help..thanks! :-)
I've started the Daniels Fast this past Monday; eating raw veggies and fruit. I cleanse drinking prune juice and apple juice. My prayer is to stay consistent with my work-out. and yes, this 75 year old woman is an inspiration to me as well, she look's great!!! Thank's again and continue to be blessed. :-)
You are so hair and health inspiring to me. This video is so on time for me. I made up my mind to get started clean eatting and exercising just yesterday. I have done a 3 mile walk/jog at the gym yesterday and did a body pump class (which I really have to dig in to get it done). I will journal and I know that will help. @everlastingcurves Lol..yeah...we Virgos are special aren't we?? You definitely have hope. My inspiration is this 75 year old woman in Baltimore who looks like she could be 45...smh!!! she is the truth...does lots of weight/strength training and is very disciplined in her eating habits.
@S1MNICITY both teas are by the Yogi brand which you should be able to get @ some regular grocery stores, but definitely Whole Foods or Trader Joes...1st - Green Tea Kombucha and 2nd - Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life. If you google them, u should get more information.

We have a Expose' Fitness Studio here in Baltimore. I love the chair floor workout. I haven't been in awhile, but on Fridays, it's $5. Some of those instructors are fierce with their workout. I like it because there are no mirrors so you don't look at yourself doing those moves and feeling out of place.. Bring a floor mat. My friend actually purchased the clear heel shoes to dance in. I'm not there yet with the shoes lol. It's good.
