Here is one of VCI's very fair rules: If you get annoyed through their incompetence, threaten to report them to the GRA or call them what they are - crooks and criminals, you get your account closed - thus stealing your money. If they had an ounce of integrity, they would at least refund monies owed, but clearly they don't.
