I still have some of that stuff in my rack since they have not made better stuff and I even have a 88 Anderson strat. I would say the video is from 87 or early 88. You can tell because Anderson guitars only used that headstock shape and Ultra Sonic pickups till about 88.
i would call but this video is from like 1985 so i would imagine their not in business anymore? correct me if im wrong because i have a lot of questions on how to set everything up in a rack with connecting everything together n stuff. Im also looking for something very cheap to control my presets off the rack gear into a board at my feet for playing live...but im also not going to pay 700 bucks just to control my sounds at my feet im looking for something cheap and easy.
They were LAB sound in L.A. in the good ol days. Went there many times. Purchased my Studio .22 from them. Cool shop. There aren't many shops like this anymore. I guess the Mesa Boogie outlets would be the closest.
Fingers + pick + PRS + cable + JCM900 + 1960a. What else do you really need?

Is this company still existing??
cowboytonydee 3 years ago
Probably not. But there is a similar business called "LA Sound Design", that custom-build racks & pedalboards for anyone.
