  • Regarding the solar charged water procedure. Now that there have been studies that have found flouride in tap water and plastic bottle water having a detrimental effect on the body, could this procedure purify water used from both sources? In other words, can I successfully purify and detox water used from both tap and plastic bottles after pouring them in a glass pitcher and leaving them in sunlight for the alloted time HRM mentions?

  • I wear black glasses, many hard to me to do sungazing, I am very seak, I will tell you if I get better!

  • Even if I went blind by the sun, at least I would forever know that it was from the greatest thing in the universe :)

  • Im very interested in sungazing myself. But I was wondering, if what we have to do is gaze at the sun during sunrise and sunset during the safe times, why is it that wearing sunglasses is wrong? We really only wear sunglasses when the sun is at its most powerful and when the UV is most dangerous. I just wondered why all the sungazers are against wearing sunglasses if even this guy says we shouldnt look at the sun unless its during the safe time.

  • @imgoingraw There is nothing wrong with sun glasses. However if one wears them all the time or when absolutely unnecessary the body/mind thinks that there is no sunshine and does weird things that are not healthy to itself.

Also, the uv level that your eyes can handle will increase with sungazing.

  • Thank you my friend-In my Indian Accent,They know the truth...We all r one except from them devils in this world

  • ive been doing it for three days but when i look at people i kind of see a little bit of green O___o any advice? ive only done it withing the hour of sunrise or sunset

  • @PLATO818 are you seeing this all day or just within 5 mins of sun gazing....this happens to me too but fades very quickly....I wouldn't do it too long in the beginning....I've been doing it a couple of years sporadically and I'll do about a minute or so now with no adverse affects....I feel this incredible cleansing and sense of joy after sun gazing. EVERYTHING changed after I started sungazing....my palm chakras opened up shortly after and my kundalini activation began....the sun is AMAZING!

  • does this cure acne?

  • What about mid day?

  • wow i loved the sun before but i love it even more now

  • Love the sideburns :)

  • @jimdruid me too

  • the transcribe does not match the words of HRM

  • I have been sun gazing for the last two years and have never felt better! The benefits are many! Happy Sun gazing to all!♥♥☀☯♪♥ N ҉ A ҉ M ҉ A ҉ S ҉ T ҉ E ♥♪☯☀~ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

  • nice vid

  • You mean you feel sad because you need to share your point of view upon our star?

  • Comment removed

  • @jhightful ..yes? Knowing how to fix the problems does not imply you having the POWER to fix them you fucking retard, lmfao.

  • @Etrajbe i do not doubt either of you have the know-how to fix the world, however speaking to one another human beings in any way other than with peace and love certainly will not bring peace and love to all sentient beings ;) if what you are doing is what needs to be done, then keep doing it. sometimes silence says it best.. let the vibration speak for ya! :D one love

  • @CovilleR I agree, its just "in the moment" debate, not breaking it down in a philosophical way, than indeed love and peace breeds love and peace. Also funny how you say vibration, im a physics student and that is pretty scientifically backed up :)

  • @jhightful Im not a part of the problem at all, tho most people are. I dont need to change when im doing exactly what is needed to be done, enlighting the problem. Why havnt i fixed them? Please do tell me how a single person, or a billion, can fix the problems? Make me sovereign world leader for a day and ill gladly eradicate war and hunger, its very easy, its just to bad world leaders are fascist and the majority of the world is just ruled by the money, your brainwashed.

  • @jhightful No, they are not. And im not brainwashed ;) i know the power structure of the world, and how to fix the problems.

  • @jhightful sure, but most of it is so true, we could ERADICATE hunger from the surface of the planet each year for the same prize we pay our militaries per 8 days, the world if fucked up by its fascist world leaders.

  • Sungazing ist great to destroy your eyes and to starve yourself to death. REALLY SMART, I must say

  • HRM was caught eating at Indian Buffet

  • @amitp2 Grace Grace Grace

  • @amitp2 Rising Sun Buffet, good stuff! Chicken wings draped in BBQ sauce. Make you fat, but scrumptious! HRM aint immune, is he?

  • But What if it's cloudy ?!¡¿?!

  • @LaRosaDeLosVientos NO ULTRA VIOLET

  • Ok so while sun gazing today i realized that at the end of my teenage years I am realizing a great resemblance between me now and me as a very young child . Is this good? haha I know it sounds weird but I got a feeling its a sign that Im going to die soon or something

  • @CannedKoolaid Cyclical. No coincidences. Do not fear death, though. Live Live Live. Can the Koolaid, give it to someone that wants it. Then eat some squeezed juice. Yes

  • @LifeEnhancementChris haha ok thanks man

  • ive been sun gazing and am up to 6min and 40sec and went for an eye exam and totally aced that test for naming the letters from far away and the guy was impressed how fast i did it! thanks sun!!!!

  • @8drewski

Did you have glasses? Do you need them now? I have glasses and would like to get rid of them.

  • @amitp2 i used to but haven't warn them for years then started sun gazing and iv'e never finished that test that fast! yea if you wanna get rid of them, sun gaze its the natural way!!!!!!

  • @amitp2 Idont wear glasses but I have a theory that poor eyesight is because of weak eye muscles. Specifically the muscles that shape the cornea. So exercise them and you may be able to correct your eyesight.

An exercise I do is stare at my finger until I can make out the fingerprint. Then move it closer until starts to blur. Leave it there and concentrate on bringing it back into focus. You will feel those muscles trying to work. Rinse and repeat.

I'd like to know if that worked for ya.

  • @8drewski Rock on! Little bo peep is in deep!

  • @LifeEnhancementChris OOOOH YEEEAAAAH!

  • God Bless You HRM!!!!

  • oh look, natural selection in action!

  • I have a question, after i complete the practice and reach about 44 minutes of sun gazing, am i supposed to sungaze every day for 44 minutes or completely stop till the rest of my life :S

  • @Bichvaas Hi. Once when you reach 45 min of sun gazing, next day you should do 44, and next 43...every day your are doing 1 min less then previous day till you get again on 1 min. After that you became solar battery. So you dont need to do sun gazing anymore. You can, it will not hurt, but you just dont need. You can do SG once in a few months.

Good job getting on 44 min!

    Good luck!

  • Aum shanti. It is not for everybody (yet?) since we are not the same. So don't compare but follow the intuition. And don't blame anybody. Judge yourself and be a attorney for others ....please. Hare Ohm

  • I watch the documentary "eat the sun" and there is a question I have in regard to HRM. Why would an enlightened person lie so blatantly about anything, even after been caught on film eating by the subject of the documentary. Moreover, his story about the $100.00 paid to him for "pretending " to eat is a shame. Is this just another cult? It could be. The Truth shall be found by those who seek with all their hearts and minds.

  • can sun gazing fix short sightedness?

  • @melodyintrance

At 30 minutes my shortsighted vision has improved to the point that I only wear my glasses when I drive at night. Although not yet perfect I have moments of 20/20 vision. The important thing is not to wear ones glasses all the time after starting to sungaze or get new a prescription as soon as improvement occurs, otherwise the improvement will not be permanent!

  • wow that's quite amazing @confoundedbrilliance. I'm going to give this a real test myself. Thanks for replying.

  • I wonder, how authors of Superman character came to an idea of him being Sun powered... hmm...

  • Look who gains by stopping you from sungazing!

Billions of $ are made by the following industries yearly keeping you in poor health and poor eyesight: Optometrists, Medical eye specialists/surgeons, Sun-glass Mfg, Prescription drug industry and many more.

Alleviating, not curing, your medical problems/conditions makes them billions and billions !

Take care of your eye's stay safe, gaze only in low uv. Ck the weather network for uv level:

    wunderground. com/

    Happy sungazing!

  • @confoundedbrilliance Yes, happy sun gazing!

  • @confoundedbrilliance Thanks for this

  • I was under the impression that staring at the sun cause blindness.

  • Any of you people who stare into the sun have absolutely no respect for the gift of sight. What a bunch of morons!

  • @SuperCrossup

It is evident that the gift if sight to you is to keep you from bumping into things, but some of us have moved well beyond this concept and now look at vision with a wider perspective! The ability of the eye to deliver greater amount of photonic energy to the brain and even alter ones DNA comes to mind.

Gaining knowledge of the full function of the "gift "and its proper application is showing true gratitude.

  • @confoundedbrilliance Watch the documentary "Eat the Sun" and you will see that HRM is fraudulent. I can't believe anyone with even half a brain would be foolish enough to stare directly into the sun after watching this documentary. Think of how many blind people would love to have their sight back and yet here you are damaging your eyes on purpose.

  • @SuperCrossup

If I look at the sun it is my foolishness and has nothing to do with you!

I have not seen that video but I would guess the fraud part is in regards to his eating habits and the veracity about his statements about being tested under lab conditions?

Looking at the sun using HRM's protocols at low uv is in my estimation safe but one has to do ones own research, since you cannot rely most medical authority as most are ether ignorant of the safe periods or have their own agenda.

  • 10 people gaze at the moon-^

  • today I had my first session. I was a little worried so I did it when only half of the sun was up for 15 seconds. then I felt compelled to meditate facing the sun (I havn't felt compelled to meditate for ages) so I feel pretty good right now.

  • i think i just found my niche. =)

  • BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT! period.

  • Thumbs up if you lol'd when he said "Brainuter"

  • This site has a lot of information in regards to sun healing: sunlightenment. com / your-body-literally-glows-with-light

and this: w w w. sunyoga. info / sunmeditation. htm

  • Raw food, sungazin, sunbathing and suncharged water. What a healing combination.

  • amazing

  • brain is infallible , fact!

  • In this corrupt world it is not a question of taking direction from someone who never lies but instead finding what is useful to ones spiritual and physical evolution

The sun is not concerned with HRM's or anyone's eating habits.

If one wants to become a non eater via sun gazing be a pioneer and prove it to yourself.

That is the only solution in life....be a Lion not a sheep!

  • Just watched the documentary , this guy is freaking crazy, he claims he NEVER eats! the film caught him literally binging at an Indian buffet! lol

  • @pboisei

actually he claims that hunger is reduced through his practices, never did he say he never ate. Pay attention

  • @CerebralPrince10

No in the doc he clearly stated he does NOT eat. It was kinda a big deal to the crew and they were very clear in stated this. he was caught at an indian buffet and claimed someone paid him to eat, this guy is a nut don't listen to anything he says.

  • documentary channel sent me here btw.

  • holy christ people actually do do this?!

  • Having experiencing poor myopic eye sight all of my life it is quite extraordinary to experience absolutely crystal clear vision for short periods at a time.

Reaching 27 minutes of sungazing and using positive affirmations, I am now confident that eventually my vision, amongst other things, will improve to better than perfect (20/20) 24/7

  • my skin is much healthier when i get sunlight and I do notice my muscle tissue seems healthier. Vit D is important. The sun is our life force and sunfood is our sunstenance.

  • Is it possible to stare directly into the sun and not eat food? On June 21st at 8 pm, Documentary Channel will be hosting the TV premiere of Eat the Sun, the story of one man’s struggle to uncover the little known world of sungazing.

To see the trailer on YouTube, search "Eat the Sun" and click the first result.

  • @saritaonguard Eat the Sun premieres tonight at 8 PM on Documentary Channel. If you can't make the premiere, you can purchase it online at the DOC Store.

  • @saritaonguard

I am watching it, and do not think its a good doc, there is no narrator telling me what the hell is going on!

  • Comment removed

  • This is not proven. This is meditation. I do believe in it. But i also believe its wrong to force it on other people and call that incompetent and liars. Live and let live.

  • To anyone who can give good answer to these questions , it would be very apreciated.

1.If you reach 44(or 45) minutes why cant you stay on the that marker and continue to gaze(not to increase the minutes, nor decrease)?

2.What happens if you increase by 20 seconds every day?

  • @G36n

    1. I personally sungaze for as much as I want (100 minutes being the most in one sitting) and it just feels great so I do it. For the record I have been sungazing for 3 months, I am black with dark brown eyes (i.e body is designed for light absorption as opposed to those with lighter skin/eyes more likely to reflect light) and I am liquidarian.

    2. 20 seconds every day is a good recommendation to stay safe so you don't try to much too quickly and hurt yourself

  • @CerebralPrince10 Thank you very much man, you gave me the best answer :)

(im more on the light skin side, not pale, but i do have brown eyes :D )

Tnx again and God bless ALL!

  • No problem @G36n

My advice, trust your intuition, if you feel pain/experience complications then stop because sungazing should not hurt but feel pleasurable. If you feel like going longer, then go longer.

Also expect physiological and psychological changes, I am now a liquidarian (juiced fruit) because I do not feel a need for something phyiscally dense in my body. And expect that people will think you are crazy for looking at the sun and the changes that may follow

  • @CerebralPrince10 How do you cope with candidia yeast? I had enormous candida after three months on drinking fruit juices only.

  • @LHlite

I honestly don't know how to help you, candidia is not a problem I have ever had to deal with and consequentially I do not know much about it

  • @LHlite

I honestly don't know how to help you, candidia is not a problem I have ever had to deal with and consequentially I do not know much about it

  • Candle flame unfortunatly doesnt have the same effect. Allowing the suns rays into the body through the eyes, and everywhere else for that matter [with some visualisation] provides us with all of the color spectrum which is neccesary for survival. Staring at a candle is a different method altogether, a method of meditation yes, but it does not provide the same sustainance [at least not to a beginner]

  • Being grounded seems to be important and I find that around 12 to 15 minutes a calmness comes about and I seem to feel a oneness with everything.

The only thing to watch out for to my experience is getting more light than you can handle in one go. If I do I have noticed an intensification of negative fantasies, and although they may be pleasurable they could be be detrimental to ones spiritual evolution!

  • @confoundedbrilliance

Sounds sortof like the meditation I had the other night I literally felt like I was chanting directly at the kundalini snake at the base of my spine & was speaking with it.

After the meditation I had so much energy and I noticed a huge intensification of negative fantasies.

  • @SethJosephThompson

Any level of energy beyond what the psyche can handle has to be vented off somewhere and I feel that it is just a protection mechanism of the brain.

I remember meeting people years ago who had done too much LSD and had literally burned out part their brains, when they abruptly encountered psychic/spiritual energies which they were unprepared for. This will not happen normally through meditation but one still have to be carefully and sometime it is advisable to ease up.

  • @confoundedbrilliance

Well after I had that experience I prayed down on my hands and knees and made a covenant to god that I would quit smoking because I think I have a Nightshade allergy. Now I feel stupid for doing that.

I prayed for every member of my family and when I came to my dad had some sort of mental flash-back to the time when I had LSD & my dad being thrown into a cauldron to be sacrificed because he was satan.

I think my Ego might have just taken over, making me feel important.

  • So I would recommend doing it barefeet with shoes off on dirt. When I did it with shoes on my eyes improved by i did not wake up early. I was skeptical at first whether the bare feet on dirt thing was important, but it has instantly made a big difference.

  • my eyes have improved a lot. also it makes u calm and sometimes even makes you feel like nature's equivalent of getting high.

At first I was only staring at the sun with shoes on, but then i started doing it barefeet with my feet on dirt . After that it was amazing I naturally woke up with 2 hours less sleep than I normally require and did not feel tired at all. I have just started doing it and will continue doing it hoping to see more benefits. There is a lot of hidden knowledge on earth.

  • At 24 min at low UV, less than 2, my vision has improved considerably and I have much less hunger!

His method seems sound but becoming a non eater?.... I guess time will tell!

  • i prefer 1st hour or midday (midday mostly), by dawn chemtrails cover the sun with heavy clouds where I'm from, so staring at it becomes pointless.

  • @citizen1953 do you know why he says ten seconds is the max on the first day sun gazing?

I went way past that because it didn't bother my eyes. I hope he said ten seconds max because most people find it uncomfortable and not because of a negative effect. I ended up skipping past what he suggests the 3 month point (a few seconds less than 17mins)

  • @10iggi01 That's precisely why he recommends that. If you do some more research on his approach, you'll see/hear him mention that you can go for as long as you want if you deem it comfortable.

  • i was once told If you wish to gaze at the sun your being must be like the sun...you don't stare at the sun ...you move your eye around the periphery of the orb so you don't fry your retina. i wouldn't take as definitive that levels of UV light are low or nonexistent at sunrise and sunset

  • as a boy, i used to stare at the sun, not only because i wanted to, but i always had a weird feeling when i did, i never knew it would help me, i should start again

  • A lot of these yogi fuckers are fake as I'm finding out investigating all this Buddhist, hindu and meditation stuff. I do believe we have universal powers within us, I want to learn how to control fire, air, and water amongst other things.

  • Candle flame gazing is an alternative. Just focus on the flame.

  • @moeschizlac What the hell are you talking about? A candle has nowhere near the benefits of the Sun, this is not some sort of focusing meditation. Spend the time watching the video before comenting.

  • @moeschizlac

I want to know the complete technique. Various web pages describe it differently...Can you point to the correct page?

  • Hey you can also sun gaze with your eyes closed during the when the sun is at its peak. It gave me a great feeling.

  • Even if you "only" stare at the sun during the first or last hour of sunlight, if you do it enough you'll begin to suffer from "Solar retinopathy". This is a stupid and dangerous suggestion - to tell people to stare at the sun! You want to people to lose visual acuity or develop cataracts?

  • @file83

At 22 minutes using HRM's sungazing protocols I am presently experiencing at least a 50% visual improvement, so that now I can drive without glasses and I hardly ever wear them.

What is your expertise in this area? As far as I know It is the high UV and diet that brings on Cataracts, so how did you arrive at your determination? Have you tried sungazing?

  • @file83 Solar Retinopathy is caused by high levels of ultraviolet light hitting the retina. At sunrise and sunset the UV levels are very low to nonexistent. :-)

  • Does anyone have information regarding the benefits of sungazing relative to radioactive fall out in Japan?

  • If you are a skeptic, try just a few seconds of looking directly at the first morning sun. Then look in a mirror. You will see vivid bright orange-red which is the color of your root chakra/kundalini. After a while the energy/color you see will encompass all chakra color and help balance your chakras.

  • It is time for change. Therefore I encourage everybody to watch Zeitgeist: Moving Forward.

    Thank you.

  • @JulieStreet91 The ideas of the Zeitgeist movement are good. But PLEASE think for yourself, and be yourself. There will be changes, there will always be the few smart, strong souls, and a the many week sheep. Of course the people who dont know anything about the universe, or nature in itself, miss out on life, so it's there loss. But the zeitgeist has links to Bilderberg, Rotschild, Rockefeller. So please, look deep into everything for yourself, u never know with this controlled media.

  • Dear god is there a condensed version of this speech? I mainly just wanted to hear about the method is put into practice... it's not that I don't find the rest of it interesting - the guy is a good speaker - but as someone new to this, I just wanted to hear the basics first.

  • @odorobou these are the basics. you need to know why when and why before you begin the process.

  • @odorobou look in HRM's website solarhealing dot cm and click on process. Or look into my channel, i have referenced HRM's videos in my blog and have summarized it in an article.

  • @odorobou Stare at sun = goodness.

  • @odorobou Visit his webpage, its under the video)

  • In my first attempt today, i managed to sun gaze in the morning for more than 30 minutes...and i feel ok! i can continue sungazing but i have to leave already for work....

  • @fr3dobernardo it's better not to start with 30 minutes. If you watch the full video, HRM says that it takes a while for the brain to rewire. Some people got upto 45 minutes in one week, but they did not observe any benefits. Slow and steady is best. Good luck!

  • thanks for uploading this video. ive just read omraam mikhael aivanhov's book 'towards a solar civilisation' and this video fits prefectly with what he said in that book. great book : ) thx a mil for this. and thank you Hira Ratan Manek !

  • Comment removed

  • Thank you for sharing these videos, this man is incredibly wise.

  • i tried this sun gazing when i was in 12th std when i read about it in a news paper i tried it for 2 months and i was able to look at d sun 4 minutes continuously still no damage to ma eyes. i believe its a good exercise. but it needs patience.

  • i tried this sun gazing when i was in 12th std i tried it for 2 months and i was able to look at d sun 4 minutes continuously still no damage to ma eyes. i believe its a good exercise

  • Respectfully

We never say sun is our enemy. Of course, there are harmful effects. How can you take advantage of your popularity and say whatever you feel about other. Without Sun nothing happens here at least in our solar system.

  • We never say sun is our enemy. How can you take advantage of your popularity and say whatever you feel about other. Without Sun nothing happens here at least in our solar system.

  • @MegaContented

I have all the proof I need having gazed at the sun for over 15 minutes in one session: I should according to your/popular thinking be blind by now.

The only problem is my health is getting better, I eat less and my myopic vision is improving.

Is somebody paying you to put out this dis-info?

  • @confoundedbrilliance i'm able to too... although i'd never heard of sungazing until now... but for the last few months i have been able to stare at the sun for as long as i choose, even in midday, and it's doesn't hurt at all and i've never been healthier, i eat less as well... sweet shit

  • @DMaxwellM

I have friend that has been sungazing for over 30 years and he use to gaze anytime and all day. I think It will eventually awaken the Kundalini and dormant powers. HRM says to add 10 sec per day but other people are having a lot of success doing it as they like. Many other people claim they can gaze at the sun at noon in the middle of summer but doing it in winter where there is a different UV level .....usually 2 or less is a lot easier and safer for most people. You seem do ok!

  • @confoundedbrilliance i'm on the same page as you, tons of different ways of explaining what's happening. with all the increase in our solar activity, along with our upcoming galactic allignment, it has become clear to me that we need to get in "synch" with light, by staying present and absorbing it our bodies will harmonize to the frequency and ride the gamma wave to dna upgrades and a 5d crystalline body as we shed the carbon base to handle more light... has the moon stuck out to you lately?

  • @DMaxwellM

I live in a small village in central British Columbia Canada and the moon is quite bright when there is no overcast but I can't tell if it is brighter than usual since I haven't lived in the area long enough.

  • @confoundedbrilliance all good neighbor ;-) (albertan boy) all the best to you during the upcoming shift ;>

  • @confoundedbrilliance Have you continued this and for how long?

  • @whatjamaican

I started last summer and increased my gazing every session by 10 seconds, when the sun was in the sky. In the winter time it has been mostly overcast here so it has been harder to sungaze but now the sky is clearing up so I am hoping to reach 45 minutes later in the year.

  • @confoundedbrilliance Have you thought to keep a log? Including your diet and other daily activities might be beneficial also.

  • @whatjamaican

    Thank you!

That is a very useful suggestion. Maybe other sungazers would find this useful too.

Basically sungazing is a pioneering effort and the more people making progress in it the more widespread the knowledge of sungazing will become.

  • @confoundedbrilliance I'm not sure whether this practice is helpful or detrimental to the eyes and body as a whole. How much have you researched about this? Have you read anyone else's sun-gazing experiences and are they reputable in their understanding?

  • @whatjamaican

There is not a lot of information out there but there are a few people on youtube and some books by Yogi's.

Being reputable implies main stream doctors ect. who are indoctrinated by the school system and most would not recommend it!

Friends of mine have done this for more than 30 years but they did it disregarding the UV level which I would not endorse.

I feel that this is a pioneering effort and one has to do ones own research and practice and done carefully it is well worth it.

  • @confoundedbrilliance I just achieved 15 minutes and having great results too. My nearsightedness is improving and can almost go without corrective lenses. My focus and thinking is clearer, my appetite is decreasing and my health is improving. I'm going to complete the entire program of sungazing for 45 minutes total, which should be achieved in 9 months total. I live in the desert and stand barefoot on sand while gazing. I highly recommend this for those who wish to improve their health.

  • @confoundedbrilliance Hello brother i wanna start sun gazing. At what time is it more convenient to meditate and sun gaze. Much love to you.

  • @rahungry

I don't think there is a special time to meditate but with sungazing one should only do it with uv less than 2, which is

HRM's advice. This is usually in the first and last hour of the day.

  • Respect, After sungazing i like the feel of my pineal gland throbing and spinning, i feel so energized and full of light energy then when i fall asleep i see awesome colours and shapes and feel so relaxed

  • As the saying goes: Wherever attention goes energy flows!

So the trick would be to put one's attention and faith to greater and greater degrees, on whatever medical problem one wants to heal during and after the daily practice

As a result of sun gazing the higher level of brain energy allocated to the issue should cure whatever the problem is....so the theory goes.

Sun gazing is in the pioneering stages so the only way to find if it works is to try it!

  • solar gazing would unlock my brain capabilities.I would give me the energy my mind wants. No need of anything external, right ? will it help me gain good muscles ? having muscles is kind of,i think, natural;the muscles should be well defined and toned up,no ? The body must get sufficient 'food' from the sun ?

And since solar gazing would put my body to work efficiently,my brain would work well, will it fade away my pimple scars ? The brain might initiate any self-healing body process,no ?

  • Excuse me "citizen1953" but how did you find the effects concerning not having to eat, and also I was wondering what your schedule was when you completed it, because where I live, its somewhat clouded most of the year and there are inconsistencies concerning the times I can see the sun, so I was wondering how consistent you were while completing it, and also the progression of how long you would gaze each time. thanks

  • It it with great regret that I must say, that after writing back and fourth with Mr. Manek it has been revealed to me that this man is a fraud!

I have finished my 45 minute practice and am still hungry. To my letter he answered:

"since you are doing many practises and follow many things i request you to go according to your judgements. you are your own master and so decide for yourself what helps you more . ok thanks and with best wishes."

This is how he treated this humble student! Be careful!

  • Love it. THANK YOU, Sri HRM! <3 I'm now motivated to set my cell phone's alarm to the current sun rise/set times.

  • RIGHT!

    youtube.com/watch?v=Y5fGbmvHPTE

    STILL HUNGRY!

  • I'M STILL HUNGRY!!!

  • If you are truly a seeker I would recommend that you look into the Sound Current.

This "Bani" or current is an aspect of the "source connection" that is rarely mentioned in most of the spiritual writings.

Initially I started with meditation techniques but found them lacking. However My involvement with sound current and its associated practices has led to much greater progress.

In truth it that it is a dual path: The path of the sound and light! And it is usually called "soul Travel".

  • 2010 Nov 17 - I won't go into my ailments, however - my journey has only just begun. I started with an interest in Pryamids and it has evolved over the months into the search for my connection to our higher conscience without giving up my soul to the "gods" who feed off death. Amazingly enough, I began sun gazing because that is what my soul told me, at a whopping 45 minutes from my first day, nearly 3 months ago - I've just found this interesting confirmation of my quest. Thank you. LOVE TO ALL

  • Just curious if the positive effects can be because you are meditating more each day and not actually from the sun.

  • So far I am almost at 11 minutes. Normally wear glasses and have been near sighted most of my life but now I find quite a bit of eye improvement happening as a result of the practice.

It is well worth trying....I would recommend it!

  • @confoundedbrilliance you dont wear your glasses while your sungazing do you? ive read that is not recommened and can sdo more damage than good. i have glasses and my reason to began sun gazing is to see if it helps my vision. hopefully it does and do you beleive it does.

  • @TMarche

No , never wear my glasses when I look at the sun.

Years ago I use to do eye exercises and did had eye improvement and while they are good I still wear glasses today .

Sun gazing is very promising and from what I see now at 11 minutes I feel that if I continue the practice my vision will become better than 20-20.

Take care of your eyes and sun gaze only when the ultra violet is 2 or less.

The first hour of sun rise and sun set is always safe.

    Happy sun gazing.

  • @confoundedbrilliance

I am extremely nearsighted and I can look at the Sun without much harm however..the Sun is Michael, when you gaze at him his light will heal you, but no man is meant to be able to look upon an archangel and so Sun gazing will also hurt your eyes. Interestingly enough, you can replicate the same effect by lying down gazing at the sun and then shielding your eyes with your arm, the healing effect will still be the same.

  • @thefifthlord1

You are soul and your history goes back a millennium or more. We are all individual souls and Micheal is no more than you except for the fact that he is more evolved and has a job to do. So you are allowed to look at the sun.

Any amount of absorbing the sun's rays will improve your eyesight as long as it is done during the safe periods or the when eyes are shielded from it's harmful effects.

Sunning the eyes with the eyes closed works well also and I do that too.

  • @confoundedbrilliance

Quick unrelated question, is there any power to be found in rage? Or is it completely deconstructive?

  • @thefifthlord1

Rage is the venting of emotional anger as a result of impatience and very uncontrolled. Calmly planning and initiating a plan has actual power unlike the mostly meaningless and mindless destructive power of anger.

To have true power one has to get in tune with the spiritual laws, then let the power flow through you into your life.....that is all the more evolved spirits do.

Sun gazing is a way to energize yourself.

Spiritual exercises will give one even more pwr and light.

  • @thefifthlord1 rage is just a pathetic way of feeding on fear.. its destructive by nature.. Calmness is your greatest defense

  • @confoundedbrilliance Wait, hold the phone.. You can sun gaze with your eyes closed? that works?
