It is obvious to me that Paperlilies is ranting about people that used photos that ARE not related in any way to the actual video and do it only to boost their view count. Your photos are relevant to your videos. And you can obviously see how a title picture of a pair of big breasts raises the number of views. I'm sure you yourself try to choose the best photo in order to intice as many people to watch as possible.
