is aftermath like truly really gory cause i watched the august underground's mordum cause all have said that it is really gory but i didn't think so at all. few scenes were gory but mostly it was just gross like vomiting on people and such. i watched guinea pig 2 also and it was really gory... if people say that aftermath is gory and it truly isn't to my opinion.. i don't like supergory movies but i check them out still. and watch grotesque and review it. that was really hard to watch to the end

I saw that august underground mordum. I was a bunch of nerdy killers trying to be scary what a joke. This is my opinion but the killers were wimps that rely more on just cussing and sound to try to make them frightning. Just turn the volume all the way down n its not at all scary. Personally, I just like frightening antagonist not some punkers with tattoos. I've seen scarier, i'm sorry those wimps don't sell it. IMO of course.

I mean, the cannibal movies, I get; men behind the sun, I understand; funny games (even though it's not gory) I get; but for the most part, they are made just to be exploitation. I enjoyed AUM, and I'm fine in the head. It's just a matter of knowing when to extend empathy or when to laugh. Besides, every-non torture scene I was talking aloud for the characters. "Oooh lovely tile.. what's down stairs agai-oh yeah."

Ferox's acting isn't bad, the overdubbing from the American voice actors. The Italian version, when the actors are speaking their native tongue has wonderful acting by Giovanni Lambardo Radice (OrJohn Morghen as he's credited here) the guy who plays Mike. GHreat cannibal classic! I love Umberto Lenzi.
