Today I have decided that i need more of God in my life and less of all the other STUFF that we do daily. Starting now, I begin on my journey with God. I literally deleted all of the songs off my iPod that had any tad bit of "satanicness" in them. Then I went to youtube and I'm finding new, positive songs. Music is a HUGE part of who we are. If you are changing who you are, you have got to change your music as well or you will just go back to who you were.

I listen to all kind of music, death metal, techno, rap, chrstian rock/music, instrumental

Doesn't mean you need to be a bad person. It doesn't need to be any part of you at all, but it can also be a huge part. I find it that people who listens to different kind of music are more wise than others, because someone who likes a bit of everything is often someone who also listens to everyone. You cant look at the whole world in just one direction

@zkmor10 I was going through a hard time in life and I got on my knees and began to pray. When I did God talked to me and told me that I had to change the way I was living. I agree music is a huge part of who we are and so I threw over 500 CD's away that night, a lot of money and time went into making them. I didn't care! After that I added a whole bunch of Jesus music into my Mp3 player and listened to it everyday on my way to school. It made a HUGE difference in my life accepting JESUS! :)

1 Corithians 11: 23-34 You can not just take verses and not look at the context of the verse. That is what Satan did when he tempted Jesus. You are refering to the ritual of communion. Communion is a covenant that Christians use to renew their covenant with God and to remember why Jesus died on the cross for their sins. Jesus clearly established what he wanted to represent his body (unleavened bread) and his blood (wine). Even if you are to take communion God warns not to take it unworthily.
