Ya actually about that window breaking thing. You can not break a window by hitting it like that EXO =) My friends even tried brass knuckles full force. (all they did was hurt themselves) Butttt there is this tool I know of called a centre punch it, quietly and effectively webs a window, you just tap the glass out and go in. Its extremely stealth. SO I would recommend just changing those back ones to wood as well.

P.S. WHEN IS THE HUGE UNVALE ITS BEEN FOREVER!

when you put the bolts on the wood did you use any kind of lock washer so the nuts wont work themself off?

It's all good but just an FYI, you could smack that glass as hard as you did the wood and it wouldn't break. It's tempered glass. You might even be able to hit it with the big end of a baseball bat. The key is tiny pressure point to get them to shatter. Which is why they are hard to break with sticks but easy with a key. As for looks, of course it looks liek crap, as you said middle of an install.

If it was me i would have welded some 18g sheet metal to it. Thats the ultimate seal. But you would have to make sure its braced.

Exo atleast tape them off now and paint them flat black so it sticks good gloss black tends not to stick well. Its like a double woody van now.. If you paint the wood it will look like tinted windows. I painted my windows flat black and it lookas awesome. Check out my vids to see.

If you are building a full wall in your van you better be sure that your suspension can handle all of that extra added weight. Make sure you have no rusted out frame or any damage to it already. This is why a lot of the bigger system's are in vehicles with an air ride suspension or with upgraded shocks and springs. Just make sure you do your math or your going to regret it. There's a maximum load capacity for a reason :P

Hey man quick question, my 6x9's in my rear deck, I was thinking about taking a foam baffle casing, fiberglassing it to make it firmer, and putting that around them like a mini box to close them off, so the subs wont do so much distortion or push n pull to my 6 x 9's
