in two weeks of doing something that started as just fun has become a daily routine for an hour or two a day. I went from only being able to use one sword to using both hands simultainiously. I posted my first youtube video at the end of week one. and then another at the end of week two. the results are obvious and now ie gone almost a week and a half with no pain in my back and thats a record. Im thinking about adding weighted clothing to my workout but im on a tight budget.
I was in the army for six years, always had a problem with my weight but I was always pushed to push myself. push ups situps running and so amny different physical fitness programs. nothing work for me for weight loss. I got out with 19 permanent dissabilities including arthritus in my back arm and neck, just for starters. I was at 210 pounds and in pain every day. I started dieting lost about 20 pounds in 2 months. Then I started playing arround with a nerf sword. and lost 14 pounds in 1 week

1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low "GI" carbs throughout the day)
2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)
Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.
3) Perform high intensity interval training.
