Just because a view isn't popular doesn't mean it's not true or that it is a racist comment.

Vslacha, did you even bother to watch all of the speeches!? It was only in his earlier speeches that he condemned "the white man". After visiting Mecca and witnessing the racial equality in the Islamic world, he was a strong advocate of racial equality, even more-so than King. Just watch the whole video before jumping to any conclusions.

what made malcom x and dr. king were that they saw a problem and even if people disagreed in how they tried to fix it at least they tried to do something.

There is a reason why Malcolm X is mainly shunned today while Martin Luther King Jr. is so revered. King preached not integration but equality for all races and religions while still holding on to culture, which is what resulted from his crusade.

I noticed that you said that malcolm x was 1/4 white? He his mother's mother was RAPED by a white man so this was not something that he wasn't very proud of. So he NEVER acknowledged that. In fact he hated every drop of white blood in him (as he stated in his book.)

Malcolm said some racist things (which wasn't anything big compared to what blacks were going through at that time)while he was in Nation of Islam, an organization, which claimed to follow Islam- but it didn't- they thought racist philosophies. when he visited Mecca, he saw blacks and whites showing brotherhood and thus was impressed by the religion.(nothing against christianity. American Christians- they just weren't following their religion in America)
