This is a really nice machine! I think this is one of the best sounding portable cassette recorders I've ever heard! Has a very full sound!
Does it have a setting for chrome cassettes?
The focus of your new camera doesn't seem to work that well in low light.
In some situations the built in camera light messed up the focus. Use that light only to show dark, rough surfaces. Otherwise the reflection of the light will mess up the focus...
You're right, the light does seem to mess up the focus. This has no Chrome setting, but it tends to have a more muffled sound on normal tapes, so it performs best with Chrome.
OMG!!! you have a rear-projection tv! i love rear-projection tvs! there awesome! the picture quality is awesome on a rear-projection tv! it seems to have more depth in the picture than crt tvs and a whole lot more depth than LCD or plasma tvs making the picture more 3D like
yep, and i'm sure since it's rear projection it probably has a better picture than other SD tube tvs, and since it's from 1991, it's vintage (for a rear projection tv) so you should do an episode about it, if you did, that would be a totally awesome episode of the cassettemaster show!
Nice classic recorder! My Panasonic reel-to-reel also has "Easy Matic." In fact, this machine is pretty much the cassette equivalent of it. Now please rest your voice! Hope you get better soon.
wow, another nice recorder! every time I watch your videos I want to go to ebay to browse the vintage recorders! Hope you get over your encore cold soon! take vitamin c!
Very nice recorder. Classic volume and tone controls for Panasonic at that time. My favorite Panasonic portable transistor radio has the same style. That is a nice looking machine too and in great condition. I'm now going to take some cold medicine just in case.
I'm guess it's original to the house. When my mom and dad were living together, the house we lived in (Now my dad's house) originally came with GE appliances of the same color, but now long gone. The original washer, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge was gone before my time, but old stove and rangehood got replaced in 1992.
Ricky can you please remake this video please I'm asking you 2 times Okay?

Ricky I'm telling you that THIS IS THE WORST REMAKE EVER!!!!
Because the video is extremely blurry and please I'm telling you do another redo of that recorder please?
Chao772TheThird 6 months ago
I think you should do another redo on that recorder again Ricky?
Because your camera is way too blurry so could you please make a better one please?

It's a model from 1991, so not HD. Is SD standard definition?

I remember this recorder really well and wow that relay feature is very awesome! Due to the vintage Panasonic logo, it's made sometime before 1971/72.
That a very cool vintage fridge you got. What kind is it?
Vinylrecordsneverdie 2 years ago
It's a GE "No Frost 16" TBF-16A.

BTW, our house was built in 1971. The stove, rangehood and dishwasher made appearances in family photos.

Is there a cover over the tape compartment/heads? If not dirt has to get in very easy.
