@calholli all the front end is simple Mini stuff. I widened the subframe 8" and used an Austin Alegro rack that is 8" wider than a Mini. The Mini ruber suspension works fine with 1275 Mini discs and 13' wheels.

Had it certified last week all the paper works gone of to Wellington, could be 1 -3 weeks wait. then go for compliance then to the post office and get a plate and registration. then i have a problem, im not sure which toy i like the best, the fat mini or the Zero plane? one will have to go as im skint.

that is way awesome! I am planning to build a reverse trike myself soon, using a 1980 Kawasaki KZ1000 shaft drive, and a mystery car for the front end..... you'll have to watch future vids of scrapdaddies to find out. I only hope it turns out just as awesome as yours dude.

if I were you i would try and get a bike no earlyer the 1990. dont use a shaft drive as you have to mess around with tire sizes to get the gearing right.
