@djp1nheadmusic They didn't create it, they just got it out there to more people. Artists like Kode9, Digital Mystikz, Horsepower Productions, Zed Bias and Artwork started off with dark garage. When Benga and Skream first met, those were the artists they liked the most and they were inspired to make some of there own and made the choice to go DJ-ing with it in the mainstream with it. It caught on in the clubs and Cd's began production and selling. It first got to America through the internet.
