I saw the spinning thing, though it's not like the one to the top right corner. It's marked for beginnings like Tom and Jerry and others.

Also, local syndicated and TBS reruns of "Hunter" also carried the Televentures logo, only it had a melo-sounding farfare music to it and "Hunter," also used to have the Torch Lady at the end as well.

There was a version of this logo that gave me nightmares. I remember the background was all blue. The glares probably did it. But, this was when I had no entered Kindergarten yet.

They did, until Columbia bought the rest of Tri-Star's shares from HBO in 1987 and by folding Tri-Star Television into Columbia Pictures Television under the new ownership of Columbia Pictures Entertainment (under Coke until 1989.)
