Those are really very good. I'm afraid my favourite Dalek voices are from Destiny. I read somewhee that they used a bit of overdrive distortion on them before the ring modulator to make it sound a bit more harsh. The ring modulator speed was quite low too, probably around the 24Hz you mentioned earlier. Good stuff.
Specifically, what settings did you use in Goldwave? (I like to try them.) The "square wave" functions sounds spot on.
Of course, a lot of it depends upon the performance of the "actor". Without that, all the modulation is for nothing. Obviously, you know the nuances of the various episodes.
I used mainly the Sine wave. Square tends to be too agressive, for the daleks? I know what your thinking, hehe. I set my voices generally fron 23 hz to 27hz depending on which episode I am trying to do. Remberance is generally at 33hz.
Cool. :)

Thanks for the settings. So, Sine instead of square wave function? Interesting.
Sincerely,

@jjakagary Try setting your frequency at around 58 hz. The more you hit the frequency up...the more shouting you have to do with a higher voice.
