  • Cool. :)

  • Those are really very good. I'm afraid my favourite Dalek voices are from Destiny. I read somewhee that they used a bit of overdrive distortion on them before the ring modulator to make it sound a bit more harsh. The ring modulator speed was quite low too, probably around the 24Hz you mentioned earlier. Good stuff.

  • Can you tell us please wich frequence we have to use for the daleks from the episode "The Daleks" ????????

  • Sorry for the delay, i used freq 24 for them, and used a bit of reverb too.

  • WOW! Those voices were really good. What setting do you use for The Daleks voice at 0:36 ???

  • wow, some awsome voice matching there, what were you using

  • "The Daleks" is from Season 1 - Episode 1 of the first ever dr.who doctor and season/episode

brilliant u made it on the vid! =)

  • Classic Dr Episode with the Daleks rocked!!

  • you got that right :)

  • @TimeTwisted actualy its the second story

  • wow brilliant job they all sounded fantastic

  • mechanise - 25 sounds good enough to me

  • Specifically, what settings did you use in Goldwave? (I like to try them.) The "square wave" functions sounds spot on.

Of course, a lot of it depends upon the performance of the "actor". Without that, all the modulation is for nothing. Obviously, you know the nuances of the various episodes.

    Sincerely,

    Bill

  • I used mainly the Sine wave. Square tends to be too agressive, for the daleks? I know what your thinking, hehe. I set my voices generally fron 23 hz to 27hz depending on which episode I am trying to do. Remberance is generally at 33hz.

    I hope this helps. Gaz

  • Thanks for the settings. So, Sine instead of square wave function? Interesting.

    Sincerely,

    Bill

  • @jjakagary Try setting your frequency at around 58 hz. The more you hit the frequency up...the more shouting you have to do with a higher voice.

  • hahaha I use that, only I use the trial version and it no longer works lol oh well lol

  • what programme did you use to make these great voices? lol

  • Goldwave :)
