  • It seems to be at nigh, more or less 8 p.m, 'cause there are almost anybody at the station... I WANNA GO BACK TO LONDON.... I L.O.V.E THIS CITY

  • Mind the Ass!!!!

    ---

    Anyway nice subway =D

  • MIND THE GAP BETWEEN THE TRAIN AND THE PLATFORM !!!

I bought a keyring with the symbol of the tube and the writing mind the gap too...XD

  • i miss London :(

  • i actually bought a shirt from london that said "mind the gap"

    haha

  • @atomichead777 imagine it meaning the gap at ur ass lmao

  • @atomichead777 Who wouldn't buy that shirt?

  • in New York we don't have those announcements... but, our ppl here in New York are assholes anyways...

  • I went to London in March 2002, and my favorite part was riding the underground. Some stations had the announcement "mind the gap". My family stayed at High Street Kensington, and there is no such announcement. Also, that station is partially "open air" instead of fully enclosed. London's trains are still GREAT!

  • nine people didnt mind the gap

  • every time i c this train i think of 28 weeks later

  • I was expecting an american werewolf to chase a commuter through the station.

  • What a great job seying "mind the gap" all day long!

  • What a great job seying "mind the gep" all day long!

  • "This is the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow terminals 4 and 1,2,3". HAHA!

  • I hope they don't do that on Grand Theft Auto 5. "Mind the Gap!"

  • Still amazed at what I can find on you tube!thanks for the memories...

  • I'd rather mind the Head!!!! Look how small these trains are infact... Especially for tall dutch tourists OMG

  • Mind the gap? Seriously? HOW ThE FUCK CAN SOMEONE FALL THROUGH THAT GAP.

    "The gap? Forget about it!"

  • @sonicfan7

People DO fall down the bloody gap though! They also manage to lose their shoes, phones, computers etc down it as well. How do I know? I work on the Underground and trust me ... people are more unbelievably stupid than you can imagine (and rude with it too!).

  • @ZingoBoggerly Hehehe, really? That stupid... I mean, here in the netherlands we sometimes have HUGE gaps(on the amsterdam metro not so), especially the National Rail here can be like a foot tbh but it never got announced. We assume people are smart enough to actually mind it withouth bieng reminded of it, cause... It's obvious here that you alway's mind the bloody gap. And the thing about the underground though, those gaps are damn small, Really! And yet it needs to be aggresively announced xD

  • @sonicfan7

It is because the London system is so complex some parts are very old, and they can't modify them to reduce the gap. So normally you don't have a gap, and then at occasional stations you have a big one, that might surprise some people.

  • Alright, I do not mind the gap, let it be, LOL

  • Harrow & Wealdstone Via Edgware Road

  • if i was a tube driver i would say something like-mind da gap bitch!

  • @somerandomalex

u'd better say smth like that "Come on bitches and mind dis gap"

  • I was in London during March 2002. The underground was one of my favorites while visiting there. Trains must move at speeds of nearly 60mph, MIND THE GAP!

  • Ohhhhhh ATHENS and LONDON in the same video.... My fav cities!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nearly as good as "NEXT LIFT!" at Queensway Station :D

  • i remember me on this line and hearing the "mind the gap" announcement

  • I miss London

  • i love the underground. sometimes they say "MIND THE GAP!" when the no gap and they dont say it if theres a big gap. lol xD and I LOVE LONDON! :D realy miss it :(

  • was just there i love this place. so much nicer than new york

  • I've been in London few days ago... wonderful city!

    I love London!

  • I LOVE LONDON <3

  • Now this is the best "Mind the gap". Clipped, short and to the point. Why on earth they've introduced that other stupid "Please mind the gap between the train and the platform" announcement God only knows.

  • im just back from a weekend in londen.. i miss it allready XD

  • best one is the MTR in HK

  • Why is with 0:17 no door?

  • @Thebr218 - It's a converted driving carriage - they just blocked off the driver's cab but didn't rebuild it with a side door.

  • mind the gap between the train at the platform

  • doesnt it make you going crazy?^^

  • i like the MIND/THEGAP on Embankment station to the northern line. rofl. have it for my txt messages

  • @leahwf i think THIS IS the "mind the gap" from embankment!

  • yeah....the one between the train and the platform...reminds me of my time in london, the best city in the world

  • you think its the best city in the world i love london but come on i mean im from london so i mean you telling me you'd live there like i doooo?

  • im sorry but on that station par-TIC-ulary... what gap?

  • @CrazyInWeston The one between the train and the platform.

  • thats a standard gap, there are LOADS with bigger gaps than that!

  • It's still a gap between the train and the platform.

  • obviously, but having been to many stations, that doesnt look like any danger, that train is infact really close to the platform, ive been to stations where you had to jump lol

  • Jep, I can really jump already, had enough time and chances to practice here in Belgium :p.

  • "this is the queensbury station, please change here to the picadilly line"

  • MISS IT!

  • I got one :)

  • Mind the gap between the train and the platform!! I luv it LOL! xD

I was in london the last weekend for the first time and when i take the tube and i heard this... simply lovely! And then you are looking the city and can find in probably all the stores , t-shirts, cups, ...etc with "Mind the gap". I luv it!

  • A baby in London learn how to say Mind the Gap before it learns his parents name!

    ... brain wash

  • Love mind the gap!!

  • HAHAH!!! love the way this is on here! I went to london not long ago and keep saying it to my gf.. she loves it!!! MIND THE GAP!!!

  • ha that was so good not. u lot get off on this stuff aha .

  • Mind the gap, please.

Mind the gap between the train and the platform.

  • It sounds like Mike Dickin doing the announcement!

  • HAAAHAHAHAHHA !!!

  • that 's what I love about youtube, everything is on here.

  • i love to hear MIND THE GAP ^_^

  • Mind The Gap Mind The Gap Mind The Gap Mind The Gap Mind The Gap

  • i have never been on the london underground before

  • Paddington has a mild gap at the platform; the serious curves follow immediately. Worst gaps I've seen: Bank (Central); Waterloo (Bakerloo) and south end of Holborn (Piccadilly). I don't mind the warning whatsoever.

  • And you forgot:

Euston (Overground). You forgot that one.

  • that mind the gap message voice is so annoying!

  • this is ridiculous.. they should have standardized things to eleminate the stupid gap.. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how high and far the station platform should be constructed to eliminate a gap between the platform and the train. for example there's no gap in the Montréal metro stations and no annoying messages

  • When I visited London, the "Mind the Gap" voice was one of the things that stuck with me the most.

  • wow you told me mind the gap nearly ten times noe

  • I think you will find that it is very interesting, namely because Paddington is one of the few stations to say "Mind the gap"; the other stations say "Mind the gap please".

I guess Paddington is just a little less courteous.

  • Easy.. Lots of of love trains, including subways from around the world. You seem not to... fine. Sorry you don't enjoy our interests...

  • well if it doesnt interest you then fuck off coz there are other clever people who like watching this!!

  • What's speical about you sprayingtank? You don't have anything good. I bet your video's are rubbish.

  • Has anyone ever seen anyone fail to mind the gap, and fall down the hole?

  • yes saw a 3 year old boy slip at Oxford circus, he lost his leg

  • x]

when I was there once, the speaker thing got jacked and the anouncement repeated for like an hour straight xD

  • I still dont understand why lots of these are posted on youtube. Can somebody explain?

  • For crying out loud i was waiting for someone to fall into the gap!

    Bloody sad people.

  • reminds me of the Acela Express warnings not in sync with the train (would go on for 2 minutes after the acela passed

"Train Approaching, please remain behind yellow line"

  • yeh, that happens a lot on the victoria line aswell

  • CLASSIC!!!!!

  • thats not a gap.

You could fit a whale in the gap on Sydney cityrail platforms

  • That gap is rubbish, I agree, see a REAL gap and search for the Central line at Bank

  • Seriously! I've been that station, I nearly dropped down when I enter the Central line train at Bank.

  • lol... you're not the only one
