Yea they might have bad eyesight only because an immense amount of light gets into their eyes, and they might be blind due to excessive amount of sun damage to their unprotected eyes. But take a look at albino animals, most of them arent even blind.

to state the obvious. the bear in the video isnt albino. some polar bears have been known to mate with brown bears thus having a brown or white bear or a white bear with a brownish "tint". it has been proven by scientists although it is very rare.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that is a Kermode Bear. They are a subspecies of the Black Bear. Black Bears can have white cubs, aka Kermode Bears.
