This video would be a fine exception to the rule because of the different arrangement and it's a decent quality where you can actually hear something other then muffled noises.

On the other hand: YouTube would likely enforce that rule using robots which cannot tell the difference in quality because YouTube has an inept staff just like how they use robot crawlers to remove copyright video without judging the *Fair Use* laws. :(

This is a different instrument arrangement then the top video you see which is pretty neat to hear the differences:

I LOVE the quailty in this video compared to some of the others. Some other videos are so crap you can hardly hear anything and people kiss up to the uploaders you-know-what:

Why won't YouTube make it to where if there is a high quality video already uploaded then it should be against the rules to upload a lower quality version of the same video.
