@TheTongMan lol that guy's a dunce. it looks good and comes off easily if you f*** it up... a cheap and easy way to change up the look of your car if you get bored. anyway great vid bro, just plastidipped my grille today
@cb7pwn Your an idiot Plasti dip is Extremely durable ive had it on my Jetta for 1 year and 1/2 now and it still looks like new in fact its a great save of money.
Can I spray the inside of my rim with the plasti dip to keep it clean? This stuff is amazing! Now I can just change my rim color by doing this instead of re clear coating! Thanks for the upload.
@marztar bitch i bet i live in live in better house than you rent lol who the fuck rents houses are you poor fuck off my truck lift is probably worth more than your house
did you spray the valve stem? and did you also plasti dip the inside of the rims? looks nice, i have 370z as well I'm thinking about doing this to my stock wheels.
soo now... when ur gonna take ur car to a car wash or change a tire inst that think gonna come off ? i wanna do the same to a bike i have, bot im afraid is gonna come off the next week.
@hvf26 I've had it for over 2 months now. No issues to report. Even for whatever reason that the plasti dip peels or is scratched off, you can just respray it if you want.
Probably coulda just removed the tire from the rim FIRST...it's a junk tire anyway that needs replacing...think I woulda just dipped the wheel without the rubber, and then, I wouldn't hafta clean the overspray off the tire
@skinnythechopstar You miss my point. The tire looks like it was due for replacement anyway. If it had been my project, I'd have pulled the tire, just to save myself the cleanup. But....I have my own tire mounting and balancing equipment, so that may be my opinion solely based on how easy it would've been for me to do.
@MrKendoshi My tires have less than 8k miles on them. It'll be good for another 10k miles at least. Tread is still at 7/32 depth. If you are whining about the Plasti Dip cleanup, I don't understand how you think dismounting, remounting, and balancing is easier.
@TheTongMan Well, I own my own no-touch tire machine, as well as my own computerized spin balancer. For me, it wouldn't have been a big deal to remove the rubbers in the process.
@bmxer272 nah it doesnt ive had mine for about 2 months now an there fine every once in a while tho u will get like a chip or a scratch so i carry a can of the plasti dip an i just do a little spray on the part that is scratched an it gets fixed it bonds with the rest of the rim an looks like nothing ever happened
i got an 08 caliber srt4, i plasti dip'd my rims 5 months ago, surprisingly it held up very well. can wash it, np, watch the edges with high pressure tho. to make there really clean and kinda shiny i used tire shine right on the rim. looked awesome!
@x1ofakind1x Thats why you keep a can of plasti dip in your trunk. My roof is plasti dipped and so are my BBS rims. I hit a curb? Cool. Just take out my plasti dip and retouch it up :) Simple as that.
@Onedrank I've washed it several times since I had it on. It won't come off as long as you don't purposely and maliciousness try to scrap it off while washing it.
@mikemorfin Depends on how many coats you'd like to apply. I did three coats on each rim. One can for 2 wheels. So two cans total for all four wheels.
that guy is a dumass it looks bad ass broo
