Nick, I'm probably the same weight as you but much older. Get out more often and don't stay indoors all the time otherwise you will gain. I get out as much as possible and talk with people. Believe it or not there are a lot of women interested in big guys like us. It's all about your confidence level and how you carry your confidence. I live in East Boston and meet people all the time. I have a girlfriend too. So it's not impossible. Keep trying and get out there.
