Many years ago I was homeless staying with a mate, and I was out of cigs all the time, so he came in one night and said if i ate this giant pepper in one he'd give me 5 fags. being a gullible young twat I stuffed the whole thing in and started to chew. then realised what it was, but refused to give him the satisfaction, and sat there chewing and swallowing like it was a normal pepper. the bastard was the size of my fist. i thought i was going to die.
The moral of the story? Cigarettes are seriously bad for you. especially when you go to the toilet after winning one with chilli all over your hands. Smugly puffing away.

@BadAlbert It's a genuine bear pit. Nowadays they have wooden carved bears in there, which spoils the Arena of Death motif a bit.
