I remember being 11 and asking a teacher, what gave the value of the dollar. He said it would always be worth something because it always has been. I remember thinking that it didn't make sense to me. If a 11 year old can see that then why does the government not? Maybe they do, but so many people are so trusting and don't want to think about politics, so they can now get people to believe what they want for the most part without much fuss.
