Don't forget to make liberal use of Mint/Nell's healing magic, since she regains a little MP after every battle.
Did you know? Paralyzed characters don't gain experience points in Tales, Star Ocean, or any other RPG designed by Yoshiharu Gotanda. (It's just his set of rules. Don't ask.) Fortunately, Mint's Recover spell (also known as REE-Ka-Baahhh!) cures status ailments. I remember using it a lot when hunting Basilisks in the desert.
Hammer Head's another Gohan-type spell. Cancel it.
