In the game Ammy is said to be genderless. But there are bits in the game to suggest that she is. Like calling her "moher of all things" and also Issun refurse to Ammy as a her later on in the game. :D In shintoism Amaterasu Is a real Goddess, So Yeah she is a she~

In the legends Shiranui is described to be genderless, but it makes more sense if she's a female now.
