  • Great flexibility and form.

  • this must be that elite fitness i hear crossfitters always talking about

    lol

  • 18 people cant do a 95# Bear Complex.. Stop trashing his form and admire the fact he can beast the hell out of a hard workout

  • Looks like he has way too much weight for what he is doing. He should back it off a bit to prevent injury.

  • His front squats are atrocious. Guy needs to go back to pvc foundations and mobility.

  • .... MobilityWOD is a must for this guy :)

  • why are crossfiters such losers?

  • this is retareded my main reason is he could hurt him self an have permanent damage to his back cause once ur back is hurt the aint no fixin it its not like a arm with a few work outs no its for life . lift wat u can carry then add on slowly not like this retareded liftin more then he could carry

  • this WOD is no joke...I was praying at my last round...

  • that is good. I hate the the clean, i simply just do a deadlift first, then take the weight up.

  • As and olympic lifter this video had me in tears of laughter hahahahaah

  • DOES THE BEAR NEED TO BE SHIRTLESS TO BE EFFECTIVE?....DISCUSS

  • @danawhitesadck lololol

  • Crossfit, still fooling people that they will get muscle by doing conditioning exercizes...

  • Sorry... that's the sloppiest sh*t I have ever seen. Seriously foolish!

  • Being that tired with weight is very dangerous.

  • The proper way is the complex wok

  • if you've never done The Bear.... stfu. It is torturous. I can't imagine doing 185 lbs. I use 115 - 135 and I vomited the last time I completed it.... and I can bench 340 and squat over 400, and I do cardio four times per week. Crossfit is the real deal! I mix it in one time per week with weights and running.

  • @pwillits80 cool story bro

  • JohnLeeMD: If you don't already understand whats it's like to accomplish something you previously thought impossable, then simply because I can, and you won't.

  • Comment removed

  • I really mean no offense to this guy, who obviously is getting after it. My serious question (to all these crossfit people is): what is the point? I mean, if you are a professional athlete or something--fine. But if you are just a regular Joe Shmoe like everyone else, what is the point of putting yourself through torturous workouts like this? Seriously, you don't look much better than the guy who just pumps weights + cardio in regular ways. So why kill yourself?

  • I did thirty of these befor the Bears game Sunday night. Mine consisted of deadlift, hang clean, front squat, shoulder press, back squat, finishing with a good morning. One hundred pounds.

  • the weight is lying on his elbows, after the clean, strong guy but he will hirt himself. good work though

  • a guy his size should be doing the bear at 225...keep at it tho!!!

  • this guy reminds me of brucie from gta lol

  • I am surprised he held that weight on his knees, even with not such a fantastic look, he did something most can't do.

  • i was under the impression a bear complex called for squat cleans...

  • That's impresive but there's no way that can be good for your spine....185 is really heavy to be twisting around like that

  • @KennedyCorey he probably weighs 210-215 , so its not as big a deal as you think, it willl exhaust you but when I do it I notice it more of a cardio component than I do heavy muscle exhaustion

  • I was under the impression you had to front squat, then push press? A little bit of cheating by turning it into a thruster, no?

  • what a drama queen

  • This guy is a bear!

  • wat a bitch at the end... ooooo oooo waaaa waaaa waaaa.. try 20 rep squats faggot

  • @bright5086200 ur dumb

  • @bright5086200 lol, post your vid, or stfu

  • lol. i gotta vid bro. just not 20 rep squats

  • @bright5086200 yes, a 1 rep bench press vid, not impressed. try this bear complex @ that weight, then post the vid to impress

  • this guy is a fucking beast

  • i remember when i had my first beer

  • @danawhitesadck That doesn't even apply here ya tool.

  • @bobby123greenhalgh

    your dumb

  • @danawhitesadck

    No you

  • @bobby123greenhalgh

    you win

  • @danawhitesadck lol haahaha

  • Good job man. I remember the first time I did the bear complex (I might add with alot less weight than you are doing here). I could hardly walk for a week. Real brutal workout. Congrats again.

  • horrible motivation.

    yell at him!

tell him how weak he is!

    get that bar up now!

  • His power clean technique needs a lot of work.

  • His arms look too big to rack it properly.

  • @solarseeking i doubt he is worried about form, the cleans the easiest part. its 185 just muscle that shit up

  • @solarseeking pretty sure his body is fatigue to the point where he is just getting through the work out

  • Oh, please...shut the fuck up. Post your vid of the work out.

  • @solarseeking every1 who does the bear has bad clean form, its because i dont think they care about having perfect form for that, they dotn specialze in O-Lifts, they probably just want to get the damn weight up

  • friggin diesel. something I gotta work up to. was this the 5th round?

  • I'm a natural bodybuilder/power lifter. I also do the Bear regularly for endurance and explosiveness.

    I love it.

Will post it oneday, Nice to see what I'm up against.

  • good effort! but if you have to rest in between each movement its too much weight and you're not getting all you can out of the complex. should be continuous and fluid so its more athletic. Some of the women on here make the complex look pretty.

  • Needs to work on the power clean. Lots of arm pulling going on.

  • @diesel7777777 I just started doing cleans and I've been coached but I have no idea if I'm doing it right. This guy looks like he's doing it right. How can you tell he's using his arms? It doesn't look like a reverse curl to me.

  • @lwst82 u have to squat under the bar at the same time you shrug it

  • coleman is a bodybuilder, this is crossfit.. functional workouts compared to a freak show. but that is not to take away from what Coleman has accomplished.
