Dont use tapers and dont stretch with silicone, you should be taping up as soon at you hit double zero and most of all do every thing slow. If you do take my advice and tape up you should only use bondage tape.. No teflon tape.. Ever, and the best plugs to use are acrylic unless your ears dont take well to it then use stone or steel tunnels. Protips for non fucked up ears. Glass is good too.
