  • I'm so proud born to be Khmer and believe in Buddha.. It tought me so many things.. And I will carry it on until Gravity pulls me down..

  • i clicked n this out fo bordum and it calmed me, mad me stop and think as if some sort of holy soul spoke to me

  • I believe that Budha should to apologize with his Family

  • Siddhartha left to find enlightenment, he knew the temptation that existed there was too strong.

  • how can i get full cd of this video can i get it in audio form please let me know if any more zen buddha music cds can i get it in india

  • Hi brother. This piece is not on any CD at present, and as this is a remix, we can not sell it without permission from the original poetry performer, Jendhamuni Sos. Namaste

  • No matter how good a person is, if he has not reached enlightenment, there is no way to ensure that he will be good for the rest of the lives (next, next countless lives). He do will turn bad in one of the lives, so he will commit bad conduct and consequently will suffer for his deed. This is how nature works and we, the living souls, are painfully traveling the infinite cycle of sufferings. So, if we want to exit this cycle, we have to work ourselves out under the guidance of Buddha's Dharma.

  • In deepest core of Buddhism, there is nothing good nor bad, everything is equal. They do exist and vanish within a very tiny split of second. Suffering does not mean the mental or physical pain that one feels. It is actually the infinite reoccurences of existence and disappearance of things. So, happiness, anger, pride, any good, bad or neutral feeling is a suffering and the cause of the next suffering.

  • I do not understand why Buddhism has split into two major practices: Theravada and Mahayana. Lord Buddha found and taught us one specific way to reach enlightenment. There are mainly three things for one to develop to reach enlightenment: good moral conduct, insight meditation for concentration of mind, and wisdom. Wisdom is the key to reach enlightenment. One has to see things as they are, their true nature (impermanence, suffering, selflessness).

  • Wonderful!!!! Namaste!!!!

  • very nicely said!!

  • buddhists do pray. and there is nothin wrong with prayer. its a way to get in touch with yourself and your meditation practice. its not like they are praying for a raise or a new car. praying for a compassionate heart doesnt make you a deist

  • The similar teachings of Confucius, Jesus and the Buddha can come to my blog at e blogger:

Search for 'bible', 'confucius' or 'buddhism'

on the blog and you will find me 'East meets West'

Please post any comments or criticise my work :)

Any problem just ask me :)

  • (Jesus Christ) Mani Buddha Om

  • OMG She sounds like a cult leader!

  • Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is! Maybe She Is!

  • You buddhists need guidance. Buddha was born, he was created, you cant pray to someone who was himself created, since he cannot be God, the original Creator of everything. Islam is the only true path to eternal peace. Discover Islam today!

  • yeap, you are right and Islam punish a boy who stole the bread form supper market by cutting his hand.how kind of religious is that? Buddhism is the most peaceful religious in the world..Islam brought all the problems and human have been suffer for it...

  • Buddhism teaches us tolerance against all religions so u have the freedom to say whatever u want.... Buddha never said he is God but we love his ideals. At the same time we love all Gods. No one religion can be true my fren, I hope u realise that. With so much enmity int he world today, I'm shocked u still have this kinda petite mentality.

  • How come the only truth path of eternal peace, as you say so, has created terrorists? I haven't seen a Buddhist terrorist yet so far.

  • u don't understand that people don't pray buddha as a god... it's only a way to show respect for his teachings... buddhist people people don't believe in gods...

  • I believe it is not about not believing in Gods not deities, but about understanding they do not bring liberation.

  • dumb person you are, buddha himself told that he himself was not a god. buddhists do not worship buddha they prey infront of him as a sense of respect for reaching nirvana. buddhism is not realy a religion as such but more a way of life. they want to be enlightened... i would recommend you think twice you slay other peoples beliefs because islam is known as the religion of pain... i think u need to start meditating too because you, through your words, are showing jealousy and hate to true peace

  • Generally Buddhism does not believe in a personal God or a divine being, it does not have worship, praying to, or praising of a divine being (though some sects do) It offers no form of redemption, forgiveness, no heavenly hope, or a final judgment to those practicing its system. Buddhism is a moral philosophy, an ethical way to live for the here and now of this world to gain the ultimate state. It has more in common with humanism and atheism than its original religion Hinduism it separated from.

  • I don't know if buddhists pray "to" buddha. I thought buddha means "enlightened one" or "awakened" and that there were many of them in the course of history. And I thought it is perceived like a state of consciousness rather that a divinity. But that again I also think I could be wrong:)

Still, I think u r more interested in Islam than the inner workings of Buddhism, so I'm sorry if I was throwing around unsolicited information.

  • No, generally Buddhists don't 'pray' at all. In Buddhism, there is the concept of Anatta (literally No Self), and therefore no god as well. Buddha specifically warned against deifying him. He was adamant about NOT being a god of any sort. I can not speak for every school of Buddhist thought in the world, only Western Zen Buddhism which is what I'm most knowledgeable about. NAMASTE

  • that's useful clarification,

    thank you.

  • i have a question for you. have you ever been to a temple or met a monk? do you listen? do you hear them? do you even understand them? you should if you dont believe in whats coming out of your mouth. dont discriminate the people who believe in Buddha like me.

  • There is no "only true path to eternal peace" my friend. People climb to get to the top of the mountain, there is no "only true path" to get up the mountain, there are many ways. Different path, same goals. Love and compassion is my way, the middle way. Balance is the key to peace and happiness. If the string is to tight it will snap, too lose it won't play. Too much sleep not good, too little sleep not good. Eating to much or too little. One of the ways is the middle way Siddhartha taught us.

  • "Buddha was born, he was created, you cant pray to someone who was himself created, since he cannot be God,"

If YOUR god created man, and man created man. Therefore, I am god.

Energy is neither created nor destroyed, it changes form. Law of conservation of energy.

  • Hey, thats a very nice clip. Thanks for sharing!

  • Hey, very nice video clip, thanks for sharing.

  • I like her voice and music.

  • This is wonderful message and great video you did, AmbienMusic! Thanks for your very nice work!

  • You did such a wonderful job on this video.

The background effect is very powerful!

  • I thank you Jen. Of course without your poem, this couldn't have been put together at all. Thanks so much for your original contribution and effort. ~NAMASTE~

  • when it said nirvana, i was thinking of the band nirvana. they are the greatest. but this isnt what i expected.

now this topic has been debated for such a long time, ill say 1 thing and this is my opinion. being athiest is probably the best. you dont have to follow a strict life or follow a special teaching or anything like that. its so simple. following a teaching is not living. your following something someone tells you to. its like someone telling you to kill yourself and you do it.

  • You'd be surprised. Buddhism IS Atheistic. In fact it began not as a religion, rather a Philosophy. There are numerous Atheists who practice Zen Worldwide. ~NAMASTE~

  • Word.

    Glad I could help.

  • thing is that athiest you dont believe really in much. you are a free person to do what you please and you look to not many spiritual presences. while this there is a person you pray to and all. so there is a difference.

  • Oh I know. I was an atheist once.

  • thats syoyambu temple in kathmandu, nepal

  • It is indeed!

  • I've been there!! I love it =)

  • What is Nirvana?

  • !~~~~~~~?Mu?~~~~~~~!

  • We believe in re-birth. NIrvana means to die n be one with God n not be born again. SO that u wont have to go thru the sins and misery that comes with the worldy materialistic desire. Well its deeper than that but this is the best way I can explain.

  • wow this is awsome AmbientMusic!

    i love it

  • This is will ...enlighten everyone! Nirvana!

  • Thanks Much. I have the same DOB as Lord Buddha! :D (Depending on who you think has the correct day.)

  • Beautiful combination!

    Great images!

  • I thank you brethren! ~NAMASTE~

  • i think its in your head...you just have to find it...peace

  • Thanks robocock! I collaborated on this and put the video together to help with my 'anger management' problem. LoL! I think you have a short fuse too! LoL!!! Hope it helps you, me, and all sentient beings! The Buddha's Timeless Message is for All The World!!! Above all, don't wobble!
