It sounds like they're commenting on all the prejudice that Germans in general have to deal with BECAUSE of the Nazis. "First comes pride, then comes your land" = "Be proud of who you are, then be proud of where you came from." "Stones are stones, everyone against the wall" = Stones are stones, they still hurt when thrown, no matter who you are, no exceptions.
