When I was in the choir when I was younger one of my favourite things was the Lessons & Carols service. A full cathedral of several hundred people, small orchestra in front of the choir stalls and the thundering pipe organ behind at the crescendo of this song. Amazing.

@hazrob i don't think there are any in production. i just made a fanfare off of the opening chords and went from there. improvisation is your friend
