sorry but that's a kicker solo x one. You can tell by the rubber's design, the mtx square has a more smoother look on its rubber and center piece.

nope :D lol, kickers, pyle, and hifonics also make them squares too. Just that MTX just recently started making them a few months ago I believe. Great speakers, very sleek looking if your going for that clean look design.
