All these kids complaining about the trampoline and diving mat need to understand that in order to make it in television, you have to have be flashy. Of course Ryan can do all of this without the added help, but the directors no doubt want their ad to be flawless, smooth, and flashy. If adding a small trampoline in front of the car adds height and flow, then they'd do it. If adding a mat inside the window makes the transition smoother, they'd do it. No one should doubt or criticize Ryan's skills

well im not going to say for 100% sure that he did not, but i dont think so because... he was running really fast, right before the tree goes infront of the camera you can see he is blocking a fair amount, the car isnt very tall(about shoulder hight), and he uses his hands! and these guys flip over cars without touching them all the time. i watch and do this stuff all the time and it looks completely normal to me. so speed,blocking,pushing with hands, and short obstacle = no need for trampoline.

its so easy to see he jumps lands and just automatically bounces he doesn't even bend his knees to prepare for another jump and his fingertips just about touch the car so near enough no hand usage. But yeh you don't have to believe it if you don't want to I may be wrong but it looks wrong to me.

If you've ever been involved in some kind of casting you would realize that the production have the obligation to be as safe as posible, and if the result is the same, i thinks thats the best, because freeruners evade posible injuries. Think about it ;)
