  • All around power, dude's built right, strong. Reminds me of my workouts only he's stronger, put in weighted dips (I use chains) also high box jumps and pullups and you got everything aside from cardio. GREAT SQUAT FORM.

  • This guy needs to replenish at least 1 min rest between sets to get power..When he's tired he no longer in the proper form and correct body mechanics in lifting heavier weights and that causes serious injuries. Just take your time to replenish that energy..

  • if ur wanting to get bigger, these workouts are 110% NOT the way to do this. yes it's a lotta weight but he's directing the weight to the core of his body more than arms/chest/shoulders that'll give you the bigger look faster. heavier weights, lesser reps and bi/tri/lat/delt/chest emphasis for a good year before you start a solid regiment like this for core training.

  • i did this at cross fit with my clients using 160kg on the squat, 100kg jurk, 60kg chest n squat, 5 rounds in 9.37min not 13min sorry that was the metcon i did after, not hard at all same as a beginner metcon really, good for day to day people who want a challange though.

    The pump has virtually nothing to do with increased myofibrillar hypertrophy – the actual fiber growth that’s responsible for 75-80% of the increase in muscle size. That type of fiber growth comes only from heavy training, which produces much less, if any pump.

    You can bicep curl a 10 lb weight and get a great pump, but that doesn't mean you are going to get permanent gains in muscle fiber size.

  • This workout will not increase gh levels.. Just test levels!!! Metabolic condishioning workouts increase gh only acutely though!

  • Another intersting workout concept is to do 2 heavy compound movement exercises and then 2 isolation exercises immediately after with no rest. (repeat)

    since isolation movements dont stimulate much hormone production, they can really benefit from the hormone spike created by the compound sets just before.

    someone looking to build muscles especially like forearms, traps, calves etc. would benefit from this.
