my friend, you need to study the scriptures.. separate the pagan doctrines that have infiltrated the church (& they hsave! look at Ishtsar oops easter etc). burning forever IS a doctrine adopted by the church.

but then so does logic, who could believe that a petty sinner & Hitler would both be tormented forever by a loving God???

This doctrine you preach must be difficult for non-christians to accept that God IS LOVE?!?!

More medieval, un-biblical fallacy. "the wicked shall perish..they shall consume; into smoke they shall consume away."(Ps.37:20). "the soul that sins, it shall die."(Ez.18:4,20) "the wicked shall be as ashes under your feet."(Mal.4:3). "they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry." (Nah.1:10). "the day that comes shall burn them up" (Mal.4:1) "fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them" (Rev.20:9) There is no 'continual burning' taught in the pages of Scripture. It is a lie!

It is always amazing to me to listen to people quote Rev.20:10 to justify their doctrine of a continual burning in a lake of fire. Notice, v.10 speaks of the 'beast' and the 'false prophet'. What is a 'beast' in prophecy? Dan.7:25=a Beast is a kingdom/Nation/Empire. Who or what is the 'false prophet'? The 2nd beast of Rev.13:11-17. So v.10 uses 'Symbolic' language, whereas v.9 uses literal language, i.e. No Sybolism. Thank you for your response.

We all deserve to go to hell. We send ourselves there when we reject the Only Begotten Son of the Father God. God is Love. 1 John 4:8

God's nature is revealed perfectly through JESUS CHRIST, John 1:14

And the Word became flesh, full of GRACE and TRUTH. Truth is that we deserve hell because we have all fallen short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

Romans 6:23. But thank God Romans 5:8 while we were still sinners God died for us. :)
