Love my Jeep SRT8, I get 13mpg in the city and 18 hwy. It handles really well for an SUV and has awesome Brembo brakes. The best part about it, it has instant power at any speed. I've owned mine for almost 3 years and still get thumbs up from people nearly every day I drive it. I may trade it for 2012 Jeep SRT rumored to be 500hp.

FYI SRT8 Jeep only has 420hp due to exhaust restrictions. Look it up. I actually own one. From 0 to 60 on the street there's not very many things that will beat it... Including GTOs.

My Grand Cherokee Laredo gets up to 24 mpg on the hwy. doing an average of 70mph. On the streets though it's around 17-19mpg.

@videozone79 to be honest, in my '10 SRT Jeep i would be lucky to get 11 around town just because it is waaaaay too fun to destroy red lights... :P but highway it is possible to get above 16 mpg. i usually get around 16 mpg cruising at 77-78 on mostly flat terrain, better if i only do 70. the real killer is the lack of a sixth gear, you are at nearly 3,000 rpms at 80 mph and that motor could easily push the car the same speed at 2,000.

8-10mpg in the city and 14-15 on the highway. My girlfriend bought one last year, they're great fun. An SUV that will murder any japanese import or muscle car off the line. You can pick up an 07 now for 34k not bad at all if you ask me. We paid 58, 669 and it was 4 months old.
