I had the chance to drive the limited Tucson a week ago. The fit and finish is impressive.
The engine is underpowered and there is no torque in low rpms. But it is not too bad. Once you speed up the engine becomes more agressive.
The problem with this car are the dealerships. The limited fully loaded is around $30K which is too much. For that price I can get loaded RAV4 or CR-V. Or even basic Acura TSX :-).
The dealers are shooting them self in the leg by overpricing it! Bye Bye Tucson.
All fine cars by the way, Tucsons are available for less than 20k, and it is a crossover mpg solution vehicle as well. torquier solutions are available in the Santa Fe
@goru426 well I rather buy a Hyundai than a Toyota...because of reliability problems. for that price u get a BASIC Acura...BASIC. So still this car has a huge value and quality, than they can't match.
Nice car, can't wait for the GDI engine in the Sonata to make its way into the Tucson

The 18" rims look really nice. The fuel efficiency is simply outstanding.. Very impressive, thanks for the post. Will consider one in the future..
