Drake is the strongest because he repeled 2 zoro tiers by himself. Because he essentially did better than luffy, zoro, or sanji did vs a pacifista before he even used his devil fruit. Because his devil fruit is the physically strongest not including mystical zoans (Which are about special abilities) so I'd say it's stronger than marco's but not healing and maybe sengoku. Because he and kid were the most successful in NW.

Luffy's bounty isn't purely based on his strength either, luffy got a high bounty due to declaring war on the world government, jumping into marineford, causing an acccidental buster call, punching a world noble in the face, and starting stuff. He ran into marineford like an idiot, and declared war, he has a bounty cuz he does stupid things he's not strong enough to do. kid on the other hand is semi careful, so his bounty could be higher

Sanji has it now and will show it's limits one day endgame.
And the possibility is pretty high that he has haki even pre timeskkip, law had it and drake was rear admiral, all va have it so why not a rear admiral having a chance o f having it

@EzioDeMexico Drake kicked it over devil fruitless. The only reason he got hit at all is cuz he thought it was the real kuma so he bit it, but pacifista are made of hard stuff. If drake knew that it had hand lazers and was a machine he wouldn't have done that. Drake would have beat it with mid difficulty, which is > whole strawhat crew. Also luffy needed haki to do that and gear, drake wasn't powered up.

*SPOILER* she was caught by the government, and we know that SH are going to end up in Mariejois somehow... if she's there, she might be saved by them and join the crew. She's a lot different from Nami & Robin, and has a nice power/bounty/personality... she would do eating contests with Luffy, and she is, as Oda said the next member would be, a female.
she also appeared before the timeskip, so that's a plus, cause she's a known character.

The supernovas could probally ahve pulled that stuff off, well the stronger ones like kid, but they avoid stuff like that. So in your theory, luffy got buffed bounty more so than them that is well above his combat level alone. Zoro is killer tier.

Shanks is a yonkou, meaning he is an emperor of the sea, one of the strongest who own the new world, which is he most dangerous sea, the second half of the grand line.
Zoro could probably take out most of the 100-200 million bounties, he'd probably struggle thereafter. Remember unlike the Strawhat pirates, most of the other supernovas apart from possibly Trafalgar Law kill innocent civilians so their bounties are a lot higher for that reason.

Ahh, but Zoro and Usopp both don't need the devil fruits. Zoro is already powerful enough on his own and Usopp's inventions could easily surpass the prowess of a devil fruit's user if he put the right effort into it. ^^

So in reality luffy will be the strongest supernova ever and made the most name for himself, but personally I think urouge and killer are stronger than zoro. But they will be zoro tier post timeskip due to the fact that killer was made to be post timeskip zoro meat in a huge fight, luffy fights kid.

@EzioDeMexico Lets not forget to mention that all of the non giants of the vice admiral have skilled rokushiki, so we can assume that drake has rokushiki aswell and btw, lucci wasn't the epitome of rokushiki, he was the best in cp9 not the world at all. Sanji has it now and will show it's limits one day endgame.
And the possibility is pretty high that he has haki even pre timeskkip, law had it and drake was rear admiral, all va have it so why not a rear admiral having a chance o f having it

@EzioDeMexico Drake kicked it over devil fruitless. The only reason he got hit at all is cuz he thought it was the real kuma so he bit it, but pacifista are made of hard stuff. If drake knew that it had hand lazers and was a machine he wouldn't have done that. Drake would have beat it with mid difficulty, which is > whole strawhat crew. Also luffy needed haki to do that and gear, drake wasn't powered up.

Luffy will never be unrivaled. And the way the story is going, drake, hawkins, law, and kid will be the 4 yonkou while luffy is pirate king. He has pirate king title but they rule the new world by amount of land and will all rival him individually.

*SPOILER* she was caught by the government, and we know that SH are going to end up in Mariejois somehow... if she's there, she might be saved by them and join the crew. She's a lot different from Nami & Robin, and has a nice power/bounty/personality... she would do eating contests with Luffy, and she is, as Oda said the next member would be, a female.
she also appeared before the timeskip, so that's a plus, cause she's a known character.

@FannoFlow Killing doesn't give you a higher bounty than declaring war on the world government, fighting secret agents of the world government, and fighting shichibukai. The supernovas could probally ahve pulled that stuff off, well the stronger ones like kid, but they avoid stuff like that. So in your theory, luffy got buffed bounty more so than them that is well above his combat level alone. Zoro is killer tier.

Zoro could probably take out most of the 100-200 million bounties, he'd probably struggle thereafter. Remember unlike the Strawhat pirates, most of the other supernovas apart from possibly Trafalgar Law kill innocent civilians so their bounties are a lot higher for that reason.
