On certain things, just like on music vids, artists have to sing live. But when they could sing live, like on tour, they did. Chilli had a horrible cold and still sung live on Jay Leno. Don't you think she would have lip-synced then of all times? And one of them can't sing live while the other lip-syncs, it doesn't work that way. They brought fans up on the stage while they sung on tour, how the hell could they lip sync?

but if you type in TLC performs No Scrubs on Jay Leno.. you will hear the only LIVE (No Lip Sync) version of No scrubs. chilli live, t-boz and lefteye. although chilli was getting over a cold that day.. so she wasnt har her best.. but it is totally live..

that is actually my most favorite live performancve from them.. they sounded so good that day..and looked great in their genie outfits.

most of their performances back in the early 90's (ooohhh on the tlc tip days) were live though..exspecially the Live performances of "baby baby baby" and What about your friends on "Apollo'..another FAV!
