Get a battery powered tooth brush and hold it on you tommatoe plant stems 3 to 4 inches from the flower bud sets. the vibrations is similer to that of a bees wings. do it for 45 seconds, this will polinate them
Introduce mason bees to your patio area, simply buy a non treated 4x4 post and order some mason bee larva from territorial seed company mount it on a nearby wall (detailed instructions included with bees) in the morning sun if i recall and they work there magic. As far as the fruits, they should grow; however, it may take longer for them to ripen due to lack of nutes, salad greens will explode in your system.
One thing it's my understanding that the fertilizer from fish waste is high in nitrogen. Which is good for foliage and leafy plants but not so good for flowering or fruiting plants.
Lots of the aquaponic people grow lettuces and herbs.

nice, but it relies too much on pumps..... that scares me if there is blackouts or energy crisis

You can give them a good firm shake to pollinate, or use a small soft brush with fine hair.

Looks great!
I plant flowers around my vegetable garden to attract bees. Can you do that as well?
I have bee balm, roses, hibiscus, pineapple sage, etc.
