Does anybody no 100% what this is because because the sound just annoys me now. It only does it when the car is cold. Once the car has been running for a few minutes the sounds goes.
no its not the pas pump or cambelt. its just a sticky starter motor its not a defect in performance and its not broke so they are only worth replacing if the sound pisses you off

I believe it to be a bad cam belt change, hence the crying at the engine's revs. And no it's not normally supposed to sound like that.
