so i looked this up... "Never to see any other way" is from the song "A Day in the Life" by the Beatles, which John Lennon wrote based on reading a newspaper... and the first story is about a death on the front page, but it's just part of everyone's routine to gloss over the story on the front page and it becomes forgotten...
so that line must be related to the person that died... they'll never see any other way because they've seen their final moment - which ties into this song...
...which i think is about someone regretting the final impression that they left on someone else in a relationship that ended by a tragedy outside of either of their control... so it's Jesse telling everyone to not take life for granted because you don't know when your final moment may be...
...but i can't say that this is the "right" interpretation, since i don't know, but that's my interpretation so far... maybe "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows" is about this same incident...
im learning how to play this well have learned the chords but i dunno how to get the rythm of the actualy song as in linking the chords can anyone help me please ?
nice, u should record your self playing just the guitar and send me it so i can do i cover of i cant play that song right just cant get the right rythme down
Truely an amazing prefomance, you you are good and great choise, Lacey can write and you can cover nicely. i wanted to check if there was a cover on youtube of this better than i can do so i can see what im up against, you showed me up a bit good job:)
Hey! Did you know that Jesse is one of the best song writers to ever live? You have to listen to all there songs to appreciate how good he is. If you don;t agree you're stupid or a goddamn liar.
He doesn't sound like Jesse, but he has his own voice... thats kind of the point of doing a cover, making it your own... and his voice is kick ass, and the lyrics are probably just on screen incase.
not trying to down the man or anything, 'cause honestly he did have really good vocals. however, for someone to have a screen name after brand new you would assume that they would know the band a little better. also, g is about the only chord used through most of the song and the rhythm is really easy too. i love this song to death, and i'm glad that others do too. but i wouldn't say that this guy sounded just like jesse. nor that this song would represent a chance to show true guitar skills.
What's the strumming pattern? Oh please help me out... Im dying to know how to play this :/

i disagree
i dont think he sounds like jesse at all.
No offense but i think that he seems too robotic.
i think he needed to practice a bit on his timing-it seems like he is just reading the words and chords of the computer screen
