  • Just Started RAW Veg. Diet & in ONE DAY My Body went to the WELL-Spring & started to Fix it`s self

  • I just had a papa burger with Large fries and to stay healty a Large DIET Coke. And as he said it I did my exercise walked down the drve way and for about 10 minuts I was waiting at the Drive through at A&W because breakfast time u have to wait for a burger 6-10 minutes.Well after that just to give my Lungs a workout smoked a Players LIGHT!!! King Size cigarette and after my lungs kicked in I smashed down a Mickey of Canadian Club to get my bloodflow going fallowed up with another cigarette Peace

  • Hey had you ever thought about the Acuspeed 24 Diet (do a google search)? I keep hearing some extraordinary things about it and my sis got rid of tons of fat with it.

  • Must admit. I couldn't get over that feeling of wanting solid food. I still can't. I don't think the juice diet is for me. It's too cold here to live off juice, and the fruit and veg is expensive.

  • Oh hey! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.

  • Oh hello! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • I eat non-raw one meal a week. But I am couple months in. The first few weeks, I ate non-raw 3 x a week.

  • Do as Arnold says..(i still like cows cooked- workin' on it)

  • @liuzhou Your another idiot trying to mask your lack of will power or your lack of common sense. You have no desire to change your life style to better yourself because your a selfish person, and in the end you just dont care even if you truly know that your going to suffer because of your choices. It is going to suck being the person laying in bed dying of cancer and looking back at your life while saying to yourself I could have done something to prevent this.

  • @nickolusthegreek So, a raw food diet makes you omniscient, does it? You know absolutely nothing about me. Or about science.

And your English is shit. Get an education.

  • @liuzhou How is my english shit? Your a fucktard dude, and nobody here gives a shit about your point of view! Your just another annoyance in a huge world full of annoyance. Nothing you do will ever make you as special as you believe yourself to be.

and I am sure your just a regular fucking scientist now arent you?

  • @nickolusthegreek Well, as you asked politely, I will answer.. "Your" should be "You're". "Laying" should be "lying". "dont" should be "don't". "I could have done something to prevent this' should be in inverted commas.

If you don't give a shit about my point of view, what are you getting so worked up about?

Get yourself a decent meal. You'll feel much better.

  • @nickolusthegreek you aughta see this other channel where this dickwad scams any dumbass willing to give him money. check out liferegenerator and give him your honest opinion. i can see where this is going... fucking tweekers posing as a guru to youtuber's

  • I cant earn my breakfast. Working out on an empty stomach makes me sick.

  • @tbursee thats because of the detox effect. I do 100 sit ups, 100 press ups and 50 squats before breakie I don't get sick anymore.

  • @leahcimrac Thanks . right now I'm 50/50 on the raw stuff, but everything I eat is organic. I've lost 20lbs so far and the scale is still moving in the right direction. I basically had to fire my doctor.

  • grt video ty :)

  • i love this guy!

you can really sense his passion for what he is speaking about.

  • Arnold you are talking the and I am listening.

  • I'm not 100 percent raw (I eat yams, sweet potatoes, Brown Rice, Quinoa, and beans)

When everyone else got sick this year, I hardly felt it.

Everyone who is raw should understand acid vs. alkaline.

  • Ellie that's entirely normal just start slow. Your body is going to need time to adjust. Avocados are easy on the stomach so try those in a salad. And don't beat yourself up for not being totally raw to start just ease yourself in. Good luck!

  • Hi there, thank you very much for these great videos. I would love to be do raw eating and tried it yesterday and today. Both days right around noon my stomach stared grumbling and I stared feeling really tired. I drank carrot juice and about ½ pounds of fresh organic figs but that didn’t do it. I was at work so I had to have a sandwich to be able to go on. Do you have any suggestions? What did I do wrong?

  • To help yourself diversify your nutrition. You better start with a good food dehydrator and a good juice extractor. You can visit my website: eatingrawfoodstore com

  • Great video! It's definitely much easier to get rid of unhealthy foods like meat, cheese, and cereal grains by transitioning slowly. By increasing the amount of raw produce you eat (sweet fruit in particular), your taste for food will change and you'll start to desire your old cooked food favorites less and less.

  • I disagree with what you said about grains, I believe that whole grains our a very important part of the diet and a should be eaten in moderation, grains such as millet, barley, bulgar(espacially in Tabouli), quinua, whole oats ect. have many proven health benifits (sprouted and cooked!)Though I dont think prossesed grains (any type of flour or baked good) should EVER be consumed, other than that I agree 100%

  • @darkchocolate100 But all grains have to be processed to some degree before we can eat them, whether that means sprouting or cooking. We do not have the ability to properly digest them raw as a bird does.

  • is it goof to eat cereal everyday? i eat on a big o bowl

  • Oatmeal is so good for you. glue? no. oatmeal is very healthy. i want to punch you in the face for your ignorance.

  • I do not eat much fruit, makes me want to take a nap. Well, if I eat any foods that are really high in carbs it makes me lethargic, this diet would not work for me.

  • fruit in the morning sounds great to me .. a boost for the body who will need it throughout the day.

  • @picklesloveslight A lot of people on the fruit/veggie diet have massive tooth decay and pain. I cannot see this as a practical or healthy way of eating for anyone. I wonder what this guy looks like with his shirt off.

  • I don't think that drinking something that concentrated in sugar is healthy.

I think it is better to eat fruits whole and in moderation...

I also make a dolas in the morning...raw swiss chard..I eat the whole thing and put lots of raw things in it..I am not into juciing..I love fiber...you need the goodness of the whole fruit and veggie...and not too concentrated..at least that is my opinion. Everyone has one.

  • you're a buffoon ffffffffaaagetttttttt !!!

  • can i eat raw chicken as part of my raw food diet?

  • @khunopie yes

  • Have been using a juicer most days and it's awesome.

Does it stop hair going grey? I've read this from a few people.

  • @capricious71

It appears that it does, Ann Wigmore went from eating unhealthy foods to a completely raw diet, which included Wheatgrass, and the grey hair she had grew out and eventually her whole head of hair was brown. I believe it. Victoria Boutenko also speaks about it on her tapes. In fact it seems to be the greens that does it - a deficiency in greens causes the hair to grey.

  • If the less energy one spends on digestion, the more energy the body has, then logically if one eats nothing, one should be bursting with energy, as opposed to dead.

  • @paulbottomley42 kind of flawed logic from you

  • @AmericanBNPfriends

How so? Seems pretty sound to me. I followed his argument to a logical conclusion - one which is patently ridiculous. Plato does it all the time.

  • @paulbottomley42 hmm youve got a bit of progress to make before you can be a philosopher. he wasnt saying not to eat, he was saying the less energy you spend on digestion, the more energy the body has for other tasks. If you dont eat, you wont have any energy. energy comes from food

  • I bought a juicer a few weeks ago and find I'm wanting to get away from cooked foods.

Cooked food just seems to lie heavily in the stomach.

  • @herbal1971

Just wait until you start using a lot of greens and you will just start craving everything green. Believe me! it taste so good.

  • The body doesn't want grains *mumbled words here*.

Anyone know what he says there?

  • @Lewis1985

He says "the body doesn't want grains, they are essentially glue"

  • Great clip. Simple positive effective advice. I've been delighted by my body's response to adding raw food. My desire for sugar has gone way down.

  • is there a diffrence between natural sugar and prossesed sugar are they not both glucose

  • are dried fruits n veggies a no no cuz they are cooked by the sun?

  • This guy talks so fast and slurs so much that I hardly understood a word.

  • @4alks The diet did it to him, so unbalanced that he does not even know that his health is going downhill and fast. Do people really believe that extreme diets are really health?

  • You did it!!! Thank YOu so much I learned a lot!!! Try to watch my video thanks!!!!

  • please tell me why my blood pressure is low im on a 90% raw diet eating only cooked brown rice and lentils and beans no salt only veggies no fruits help

  • Probably because your not getting enough sugar in your diet. Eat more fruit. Fruit contains natural sugar.

  • Comment removed

  • Allowed? Who's to tell you you can't have milk? But if you want raw, drink raw milk, unpasteurized, not from the store but from the dairy. Try making yogurt and kefir from raw milk. You DON'T have to be vegan to go raw and get the benefits.

  • i;m not looking to loose weight, but gain some. is there something i can read or can be pointed to on this? is milk allowed or yogurt?

  • You should try eating more potatoes and eating more if you want to gain some. Dairy products are bad for us and cause Severe Mucus in our bodies. I have suffered the consequences many times and now have eczema. Since I started eating all organic foods all my problems are going away.

  • I try to eat at least 75% Raw, if you look at your plate and 3/4th of it is fresh food, I believe you are on the right track. I am working my way to cutting out meat because of personally having mood swings after eating it. I started Hot Yoga and Spinning which both have been amazing detoxifiers.

  • Why is fat bad for us? What about metabolic types? fast and slow oxidizers? Low fat diet is not for everyone. some people will go crazy on low fat.

    Nice video. Thanks.

  • fat isnt bad, excess fat is.

  • Well then, how much is too much?

  • where your organs are swimming in fat, cloggin arteries

  • I am steadily transitioning to a raw-based vegan diet, and I can tell you that Arnold here is right. After a while, you just have no desire for anymore processed foods, or meat. Feels pretty good, I must say.

  • I'm a vegan thinking about transitioning to raw food. is it hard for you?

  • it is pretty challenging. I'm currently up to about 50% raw. It has taken a couple of months to get used to it. The whole thing is just discipline, really. No different from transitioning from meat-eating diet to a vegetarian diet, then from there to a vegan lifestyle. Fruit and nuts/seeds are the easiest way to go for raw food, I believe. Just hit up a local farmer's market each week, and it'll help you stay on track.

  • Thats good :) I have also became a vegan and eat everything 100% raw. It takes a lot of discipline but it is worth it. I had bad eczema and acne and acid reflux and now all these problems are going away. No need for drugs or creams.

  • wow, i thought i mumbled bad. this guy makes me sound like Kevin Spacey crossed with Bill Clinton and a touch of Pavarotti!

  • he had a heart attack before he started going raw

  • Realy liked this, we have a new type of diet blog video now on our typesoontv channel called Cracking The Fat. enjoy!

  • honestly i dont even know why i watch this shit .. we all know what to eat... whole grains.. lean proteins.. barely any fried and refined sugar foods for maxmimum health

  • You can glean that knowledge off the back of a Kid's cereal box. There is a lot more to nutrition than that. It's not just about WHAT to eat but also WHY.

  • bla bla bla bla bla i dont know shit

  • due 2 a liver condition i've been pushing that way. problem: deciphering what healthy foods r not due 2 pesticides, bad handling, hormones, false advertizement, etc. rule: skin of all animals r off limits. fruits & vegetables should b washed thoroughly. skins of fruits fall in that area. cherries & grapes can b washed by putting them in a plastic bag with water & shaking vigorously. repeat

  • Thanks, Arnold. This is my first week of transition & I must confess that I run to the bathroom a lot from drinking lots of water & pooping. I poop 2x - 3x per day! It's gross, but my colon must be working better now than ever than the last 10+ years. I'll try a green shake for the 1st time tomorrow morning. A guy on YouTube suggested: spinach, grapes & banana, so that's what I'll try. Thanks for your wisdom & help.

McDonalds has lost a vauable customer, because no I have high BP!

  • i am also same boat with you and after 15 days I am feeling like different person

  • I believe what he's saying about how you lose interest in certain foods. On rare occasions I still do crave beef, but most of the time I want fish or chicken. Fish costs too much so I usually eat chicken. I also don't care for fast food anymore, thankfully.

But the sweets...I haven't kicked that one yet. I still dig a nice bowl of ice cream in the evening a couple times a week. I also dig on some dark chocolate periodically. I also have English Muffins with butter and honey a few times a week.

  • Arnold is hyper and a very Nervous guy all the time, and Possibly a little insane

but the mssg is accurate for the most part

  • EARN your breakfast!

  • I cant quite agree, pragmatically. I am hungry when I wake up so I eat; grains-rice, bread, with soymilk and sometimes slices of fruit. Then I go to the gym soon after. Feels better that way.

  • I notice it with raw foodist some look good some look poor? You go to the gyms and you see ALOT of heathy people, not to gaunt and not to fat. i also red in a book that making the green juices with fruit raises blood sugar. your better off she says eating the whole fruit so it breaks down slower.i blen greens in water, gross but i do it.spinach isn't bad,

  • did he say "the body doesnt want 'death'" or "debts"??

also, did he say the body doesnt want grain?

    thanks

  • "the body doesnt want debts"?? lol

  • the body doesnt want death, it wants live foods...

  • You are right. The body wants live Organic food so that it can extract all the life from it and keep us healthy, beautiful, and filled with life. As we are live and organic as well.

  • Arnold carries an important message, listen to him everyone and check out his other videos. If everyone did what he suggests then hospitals would be 90% empty.

  • U NO WAT?

I have a good feeling about this guy.

Don't ask me why...he certainly isn't what you'd call a POLISHED professional speaker.

But I think he knows what he's talking about!

    Whooooooooo!!

    Big Daddy

HE knows what he's talking about too!

  • He doesn't look all that healthy

  • Oh no? That man is 157 years old!

  • PMSL

  • RAW almonds! I grow them on my farm, and I love them, never get tired of them!

  • I love almonds :) they fill my tummy up. I also love eating Walnuts :)

  • thanks Arnold, you reminded me of the important concept "Add rather than subtract" I've been wrestling with the subtract quandary.

  • Wow he talks fast.

  • I understood him just fine, but I'm also from Philly, so maybe that's why. Haha.

    Good information here, thank you!

  • HAHAHA LOL me too that just made my night haha

  • then you are retarded

  • I gotta tell ya, i've use to hate vegetables but since Feb. I eat raw food in the morning and eat cooked food after 12pm and i noticed a difference on weight and feel like I'm nourish. I start with a spinach shake. 2 handfuls of baby spinach mixed with a banana and I'm ready to start my day! Don't know if I ever wanna get rid of meat lol but i lke the raw veggies!

  • once i complete my 100 day fast im begining my raw food lifestyle.

  • good talking...thats what i waz looking to hear

  • Too right. You've taken 'deprivation' right out of the equation.

  • Join us May 2nd for a rock and roll learning LIve Food and Music Festival Check out my website for further info

  • don't agree - it's not what you add, it's what you leave out! Also don't agree a person should eat fruit for breakfast as all those natural sugars do not serve well for consistent energy throughout the day. I would recommend anyone have oats with a few teaspoons of raw cocoa powder, little honey, almond butter and soy milk. To the 'hero' of this video - please educate yourself before you try and educate others! Too much fructose first thing in the morning = bad advice.

  • Everyone has a n opinion and everyone is right On May2nd I will ahve over 500 people from all walks of life share their story on whatever disease what ever emotional distress or whatever energetic weakness they were lacking I bet you oranges to apples Every single person will talk about fruit for breakfast Join us May2nd for Lansdale Live Food and Music Festival

  • The reason why I say it's what you leave out of your diet as opposed to what you add because sugar, whether it be natural or processed, is unnecessary and in most cases damaging to our optimum health. We do not need to consume fruit for antioxidants when small quantities of herbs such as Oregano provide 3x the amount per gram. My food philosophy centres on balance i.e. eat stabilising foods not seesaw foods like sugar and white flour. yes fruit is healthy, but it is an addition not an essential

  • I eat fruit for breakfast every morning and I feel great! I usually have a banana and a pear with a handful of almonds.

  • @smurfieboo Actually Arnold is giving good advice about eating fruit in the morning. Everything you eat must be converted into "sugar" anyway. The breakfast you suggest is not made from foods that provide the right kind of carbs. Fruit is the perfect food, and watery fruit like watermelon is perfect for breakfast. Of course, you have to have the proper low fat intake for your cells to allow processing of this great sugar energy,,, which is where most people mess up. Then they blame fruit.

  • @RawFitChris Agree with you about oats not being a good carb (I don't eat any grains anymore as they left me feeling heavy, which a lot of people confuse with feeling sated). Cereal should only be eaten by farm animals, it's way too indigestible for humans. Good luck with your watermelon though.

  • good advice but some of it was a little distorted by his accent, as a brit I found him hard to understand at some times

  • I'd bet $4 he's from delaware...

  • you lose I was born and raised in the ghetto of Philly I had to talk fast and run fast ON May 2nd We are having one of largest Live Food festival on the East Coast It is an all day event with lots of fun sun dancing rockin ,drumming Call 215 -361-0116 to register check my website for further info

  • i like the add rather than subtract concept instead of just 'cold turkey'

  • what's surprising is this is how people lived healthy for thousands of years, but these days a diet like this is labeled 'radical' or something.

  • Great video thanks

  • I think he was chewing on some seeds while he was doing this video....................

  • i don't know why...but i believe'em b...!

  • What was that at 0:25? Spinnach, What? and kale.

  • Alright, bro - I'm almost sure he said "Spinach, Collards and Kale"

  • What are collards? Is it an American term?

  • I wikipedia-ed it and it came up as 'Collared Greens,'

It's from the same species that produces cabbage and broccoli.

Whatever the fuck, It's just some green leaf shit, man.

  • OK Thanks

  • @kiskosid

He's talking about collard greens, they are green and leafy plants

  • thanks mate , it would be nice to get to raw one day ,

  • why?

  • I was close to switching to raw but it is symptomatic of people with extreme personalities..and that is me, I would crave sugars and binge on chocolates and then feel guilty and have a day of eating raw veg whih is about as satisfying as kick in the balls the truth is, all food is dead when it reaches your mouth and cooked foods are not poison or anything, I enjoy some cooked foods so I keep them there.. I enjoy some chocolate and cooked meat, our ancestors all ate it!

  • there is nothing wrong with that. Don't let these elitist hippies get in your head. It's all extremist bullshit.

  • add rather than substract! that is clever i wonder if thatll work with stuff other than switching to raw.

i became raw - by osmosis - over a few years just by reading testimonials and thinking about how logical it actually is. if you fill your brain with reasons eventually you'll wake up and realize that your the healthiest person you know.

  • just use VITAMINERAL GREEN

  • what do the diabetic eat? aloha

  • They aren't diabetic anymore

  • i've read & seen testimonials about diabetes being corrected within the first few days of going raw. just have to be careful of what you eat at first, but your body's blood sugars & stuff will start to level out & become normal from the first day you switch. if you're on diabetes meds, you can get off of them. just have to monitor yourself & eat the correct foods, but it can be done!

  • Check out a new movie trailer for a new film on natural healing foodmatters[dot]tv

  • this raw food diet is great. im doing it now

and jusicing is def he way

all i understood from this guy was low fat and apple and pear

but what he is saying is valid .... its just a bit mumbled....

  • I love raw and fresh and fermented... I wonder if that's also why I like aged cigars? :)

I would wager that you could smoke mass produced cigarettes, even take a toxic drug or two, and as long as you ate Nutrient dense foods (the way they use to be), drank enough water and had enough rest - you're not likely to get sick - ever.

  • Since my first raw food meal, my body began to crave the raw. Now it's been a week of mostly raw, and 5 pounds are gone. Besides the weight loss, which is a nice side affect, my restless leg syndrome is gone too.

I'm doing this to regain my health, and truly believe, this will do the trick. Very pleased with how much energy I have too.

  • @Manyfeathers22

Are you still trying to go raw?

  • I'm a 7 year vegetarian and have been doing 80% raw for 3 weeks and I feel Fantastic! I'm also starting to see some abs again. Food is a lifestyle, you choose which one you want.

    Peace on Earth

  • When you transition, can you go through a detox phase or something like that?? I heard it could be pretty painful.

  • HI Sugarcan When ntransitioning to a mostly raw diet The secret is to add fruit and veggies rather than subtract From my expereince the green smoothie see my youtube has been the most successful tool in ones transitioning Have fun in the sun Arnold

  • hmm cant really understand him very well

  • Damn, all I could understand of his speech was "apple and a pear".

    Well, that's a start I guess.

  • Wow I heard that guy before and yeah I couldn't understand anything either, I think he is drunk from the fruit sugar.

  • I have heard that you should avoid eating for 12 hours overnight before. Are you able to drink water within the 12 hours? Would water make you hungry?

  • Raw food vegan here since 2001 and I can you with no hesitations that is fool proof. I've never felt better in my life.

  • to the person that says that vegans are ''fanatics''etc. I would have agreed a year ago but now being raw food vegan it makes perfect sense. i derive all my nutrition in the most natural way. dairy products and grains slow & clog up your system. I suffer from colitis and this diet/way of life has actually cured my symptoms. i have no doubt I would be sick again if I returned to a processed diet. its worth checking out and it aint nuts. i still have a great time, I party & have fun etc.

  • Raw food/vegan diet works & is the key to long life, health, vitality & happiness. Its not difficult, just a matter of adjusting life long habits. as for cost, it does not cost 4 times as much! think what you can save on not buying toxic meat or fish? or how much you save on ailment cures & doctors every year? online check out sunfoods I think they are called, david wolfe or jsut google health foods and you can order superfoods online. if i can do it in ireland you can do it in USA!. good luck

  • hey i thought fish was good for you though like the omega and all that.. is fish bad? i want to go raw soon but i thought fish was ok.

  • i like to keep a little fish in my diet! like salmon! its what u can do and like!!what ever make u happy and healthy! i do about 80% raw foods that what works for me!!

  • Don't get me wrong all this is fine and dandy. But the COST of al these super health foods is UNREAL. Plus where I live if I were to ask for goji berrys or even organic food they are look at me like I asked for Plutioium 238. If these foods didn't cost me 4 times as much I would GO with a raw food diet! :-( My nearest Organic food store is 300 miles away out of state!

  • Certified organic or so called "superfoods" are not a requirement of eating raw plant foods

  • When I switched to raw I started to save money. I know that sounds wrong, but its true. I didnt eat cookies and icecream and half of the other crap I ate because I was hungry, I ate it because I was craving it, I was addicted. I eat way less food since going raw. And you save money in the long run because you dont visit a doctor nearly as much when you are healthy from eating raw.

  • Whoa! Arnold! Any possibility that you can post again, but speak more slowly and enunciate the words? I want to learn about raw foods, but am having trouble understanding quite a bit of what you said.

  • cant really understand what he is saying!!!

  • I like the 'earn your breakfast' comment. I found that detox goes smoother by eating some raw, healthy fat (coconut oil, avocado, nuts, olive oil, etc) to slow down the detox process when it feels a little intense. Also keeping busy thru the blues and switching thoughts to how you love your body enough to keep going with it. That and knowing at least one thing to fall back to & keep on hand that's enjoyable and raw. There are unbelievable rewards to a 100% raw diet.

  • I'm all for the raw food, I love it, and I wanted to watch this video. I understand what he's saying...but it would be much easier to listen to if he ENUNCIATED. That's the theme of the day it seems lol...enunciation, that is.
