@SuperMineMind He is talking about the song i believe since song is from a game called "Devil May Cry" since in certain mythological stories it is believed that someone born of hate and drives on it do not cry. "someone who is moved by hate" is not the same as someone born of hate.

It's like Sasuke and Pain, they are moved by hate but they aren't devils. Madara, the one who influences their hate and feeds it is a devil that sense.
