In fact, the original version is not possible to repeat. The entire album is great, but this song will forever remain as one of the best things Floyd ever did. Plato used to say that in order to reach the real world, only reason would get us there. No other way. But he conceded two options also. One was love. The other was music. He must have heard this one to have hs mind changed.

There are two versions on U tube that knock the spots of this version by a singer called Bianca Antoinette who currently sings for Aussie Pink Ffloyd. In fact I would go so far as to say in comparison this is terrible.

I've been there, the two shows, and for the second one the band ask to their three drivers to got up to the white tente in the middle of the public, to watch the Gig... it's one of the most important moment of my life, after 250 différent concert, in 3 years, this One was incredible... and thank's again to Dave, Nick and Richard.

..So where did this footage come from? I know they filmed the 2 concerts they played there,but as far as im aware hardly any of the footage has surfaced..There,s small bits in the 'Delicate sound of thunder' video,theres a few clips in the 'Wired' documentary from 88' maybe some news footage from France at the time,& an audience shot voio from the gig on the 21st,but apart from that....? So anyone know where the hell this surfaced from?

this song would be difficult for any singer,female or male to pull off since clair tory did it in one take after listening to the track twice...so anyone elose trying it is mearly trying to duplicate a one off performance,so the feel will never be right. on a side note...clair thought she blew it and appologised to the crew there after she came out of the studio when she saw them stunned in silence
