@emmasayang the shimmer particles are VERY fine so its common that it isnt very visible when u apply it. bt to ensure u can see it better, always TAP your eyeshadows on ur eyelids. dont DRAG them

@lenamagdalen yep, but apply it light handedly so it looks like shimmer, rather than looking like WHITE! but they have other shades too :)
